It makes sense why this store has only one and a 1/2 stars the gentleman "young" is probably the stupidest man I've met. I see that it is national ice cream week and when you spend $5 you get $15 off so I get down to the store I order enough to get me to $15 or more and I show him the coupon and he shakes his head and says that because hes not corporate he doesn't follow that promo. To which I responded when I go to Google and type in Baskin Robbins and click on the website that the address is Associated with it props up the promotion. Is he replied "no". So I proceed to let him know that I would like to change one of the orders because I'm not going to eat 3 scoops right away, he then took both items away and I ended up buying both. I am very displeased with that man and won't ever go there again.

I stopped by to pick up a cake and two pints of ice cream to take home. I was not even greeted when I walked in nor helped by the staff. After I pulled the products from the freezer myself, I took these to the counter to pay, but the staff was still uninvolved. Very disappointing.

Cutely eating ice cream before the spill :)

This Baskin Robins location Has been in Marysville since I was a child. I'm sure owned By multiple different franchies. We don't often come here but my mother took my two toddlers recently as a fun outting. My 4 year old got a chocolate cone and they sat there in the building at a table eating them cutely in their pajamas. My daughter accidentally dropped hers A couple min after and we brought it up to the worker. They saw what happened and made us buy a new one. I'm not saying that they should give away free ice cream. But it was an apparent accident and thought it would have been a nice thing to do When it was just a small child's cone. Oh well... probably won't come here again since they are so stingy abd not understanding .

    Sundae with tiny scoops

We ordered a three scoop sundae, and the ice cream scoops were no bigger than a small jawbreaker. We paid 10$ for a child's size in an adult cup. We told the male employee and he said it just looks that way because the ice cream is cold. After 22 years of living in Marysville, I will not be going back there, and highly recommend others to avoid too.

Best and freshest ice cream around. What I have found when it's owned by a veteran you know it's going to be good.

You get more with a regular double scoop than a double scoop sundae. Scoop sizes are not created equal.....ice scream.

I was able to find parking right out front. There were several people socializing outside and various parties seated inside. There is a large main dining area, as well as, additional seating off to the side from the entrance. Decent natural light, assorted seating configurations, and very clean. Upon entry, one sees the pastry case filled with fresh baked items, including items that are noted as gluten free. I glanced and didn't see anything savory for breakfast during this visit, but selected a giant cherry danish for The Homie. When I arrived at home, I measured the widest diameter, it was seven inches across, which was pretty impressive. There are also spigots for self serve ice cream and frozen yogurt against one wall. There is quite the vast assortment of toppings to customize your frozen treat. I'm sure this place is very crowded during warmer months. I also got a 16oz mocha, no whip, to go. Featured coffee roasts are from Whidbey Coffee. Very welcoming counter person/barista, who crafted a very tasty mocha. This kept me warm later while I waited in line at another business further down State. Great indie cafe destination since 2016. Took me a decade to check out The Creamery. But better late, than never.

These tiny tastes from heaven were absolutely delightful and delicious - pure joy in every bite! We ordered three types of mini cupcakes, one dozen of each baked with traditional flour, and one dozen of each with gluten free. The cake of each variety was incredibly moist and tender, a perfect sponge that practically melted in the mouth. This is an achievement worthy of accolades! The stars of the party were the rich, custom-made German chocolate cupcakes. These were a special request, the favorite of the birthday celebrant. A broad age range of discerning foodies raved about these delectable treats. The second, vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream that were artfully frosted to resemble sunflowers, which added such an imaginative and charming touch to the celebration. The third, chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. The sheer balance of flavors is noteworthy. The richness was there, and it never overwhelmed; the sweetness was present, and it wasn't dominant. It was a harmonious symphony of buttery, chocolatey, sugary perfection. Each cupcake was a tiny work of art, beautifully crafted and almost too pretty to eat. Almost. As you can see in the picture, a few were eaten before a photo could be snapped. What a good problem to have! These scrumptious creations also thoughtfully incorporated the themes of the party. Weaving together baking, decorating, and listening are a very rare and welcomed set of gifts, which generate top-notch expertise in their craft. I highly recommend The Creamery Co. for any special occasion.
