They served us warm, tasty bread with salty butter that melted in your mouth before we got our food. It was delicious. My son loved his salmon and I tried a bite. I'm not a huge fan of miso like he is, but it was perfectly cooked. It was seared on the outside and medium on the inside. My chicken was tender and I loved the quinoa salad with corn and asparagus.
