It's Saturday night. Three employees present. Two are standing around talking behind the counter while one employee serves customers. The one employee helping people stuck his hand in the toppings for a quick snack between customers. A disgusting example of cross-contamination. Ice cream was good and portions were acceptable. Even though customers have young children, the employee doesn't ask if we want kids scoop. This frustrated me and several other customers who expected to pay 2.99 instead of 3.99. The floor hasn't been swept in hours and one of the refrigerated ice cream serving stations is held together with duct tape leaving a large gap at the top. One person has no hat and is wearing a school sweatshirt instead of the scoops ahoy uniform. This location clearly managed by high school students with little training, a lack of management oversight, and a complete disregard for food preparation standards. The only positive I would give is the friendliness of the staff, although, that was most noticeable when their friends came to visit. read more

Looks like they just remodeled the old store, now it is fresh and CLEAN. Got a custom 'Lego Friends' cake and it turned out awesome. All the guests were happy with the delicious cake. Normally I love Baskin Robbins, and I've actually been coming to this location for over 10 years, however the past two times that I've returned the cashier was incredibly rude and impatient. The first time, I was with my entire family ordered over $20 worth of ice cream and she dropped the bag on the counter in disgust. She was impatient and seemed as if she would rather us not be there. Now, I though this may have just been a bad day, but I went the other night and the SAME THING happened where she dropped the bag on the counter seemingly in anger. I once a gained ordered for my whole family and she just stop there saying, "what else," over and over as her coworker scooped the ice cream. She makes me not want to come back to this location. Not to mention the workers are practically in pajamas and look miserable. Very disappointed. read more

Rude & unfriendly service by teenage girl! Myself and 3 little kids waited patiently in line for our turn to order. My boys ordered shakes. We had one girl taking our order & when the next available girl came over to take orders, I tried to give her my last shake order. She said the first girl helping us out would finish our order so she could take the next in line. Sure, no problem! After 2 shakes were made, we waited almost 10 minutes for our last shake to be made! In an effort to get as many customers helped out, the girl told me she had to help other customers since they were busy & shakes take a while to make! What!?!!! Whenever it's busy at this location there's only ever 2 workers (not enough) but 1 of them is always screwing around with cakes or wiping something off. Come on, if the line is out the door, the both workers should be servicing on site customers and scooping ice cream. No one wants to wait 20 minutes. There's mold where the toppings are and the candy toppings are old to the point where M&Ms have lost their color. Ice cream is good but if you get the owner lady, she whispers to her workers to scoop smaller scoops if you use coupons. If you have a coupon, mention it AFTER they scoop the ice cream. We had a great experience at this Baskin Robbins recently. Every year my wife and her family get together to celebrate her late father's birthday, and they get an ice cream cake with pistachio ice cream (his favorite flavor). On Mother's Day, they decided to celebrate then instead of later in the week. Now, you typically need 24 hours to get a custom ice cream cake made (pistachio is not commonly on the shelf). We called a total of 7 local B&R stores to see if they could make one for us in a few hours. 6 said no way...1 said yes. This one. The manager, Peggy, agreed and it was ready in 3 hours as promised (I'm sure we caught her at a lucky time). When I went to pick it up, I noticed this B&R store is very big and extremely clean (no dribbles or sprinkles anywhere), and they had their bins full of lots of flavors. Peggy was there, who happens to be very nice, and I thanked her personally for her flexibility. And yes, the cake was perfect (their pistachio is excellent). THAT is how you manage a business, THAT is how you keep customers coming back for more (which we will do). Thanks Peggy!! read more
