Its near end of day the next day and still no phone call from their manager/owner. Staff was understanding when I came to pick up cake and very disappointed with it. She tried to offer other stuff but I told her that the only thing I need is someone to fix the cake or give me a refund. That driving to this location is actually not very close to me. Its a 20 mile drive and 30 mile drive to where I need to bring the cake. I rather get my $48 refund. I just wished the owner of this location or at least someone called me back to resolve this.
