Delicious treats! Love that the local kids work here. They are always polite and welcoming!!

I'm not a fan of paying $5 per cookie, but every now & then, when you need that perfect chocolate chip cookie to hit the spot, Crumble is where it's at! Warn, soft, chewy & gooey!!! Yum! Melts perfectly in your mouth. My family & I stick to the mother of cookies, which is chocolate chip, but I've also tried their tres leches and that's absolutely divine. I wish they would bring back the Kourtney Kardashian GF chocolate cake, or at least one gluten free treat per week. Go get your cookie(s)!!!! read more

My sister has told me about Crumbl which has supposedly popped up during the pandemic? While visiting a nearby cafe, we decided to finally experience the Crumbl cookie! We ordered a Mini 3-Pack (top to bottom): triple chocolate chip cookie, semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie, Peanut Butter Cup Skillet Cookie ft. REESE'S The mini cookies had a radius of about 1.5 in. It was smaller than we expected, and noticeably smaller than the larger cookies with about 2.25 in radius! However, these cookies proved to be incredibly rich. They are indeed a sweet treat meant to be eaten for celebratory occasions. The packaging is very cute! You'll see how the cookies are made inside. Service was quick and kind. I appreciate the ability to self-order! We may come again for one of the large cookies. I think it is a great place to try cookies if you really love them!! I only took out one star due to the price of the cookies. Much more expensive than I'd like - but nowadays especially when compared to boba, it may as well be somewhat reasonable. I think a dollar less than what customers currently have to pay would make it more appealing! Thank you all - God bless you. read more

Came here to try the new thin chocolate chip cookies I saw on TikTok. They were chewy and tasty, though not as crispy as they looked in the video--but still really good! We also got the cheesecake, which my daughter loved. Service was quick and friendly, and I like that this location is close to home. read more

Crumbl - Ladera Ranch - This was my expression when I had Crumbl cookie - Bakeries Near Me - Ladera Ranch, California

Popped into CRUMBL tonight after pizza and the gal working tonight on march 11 was so sweet and personable. VeryCustomer Service oriented. I'm writing this because I've always thought Crumbl cookies were a bit too sweet but tonight we got the skillet chocolate chip cookie and it was the best I've ever had. Mildly sweet without being too sweet. The cookie was crunchy on the outside like chips ahoy with a chew on the inside like Mrs. Fields. So delicious and the buttercream frosting on top was vanilla bean flavor and tasted like vanilla ice cream on the cookie with magic shell. Mike drop!!! read more

I placed an order of 250 cookies for a corporate Earth Day Event a week in advance and upon pick up was very disappointed with the quality of the cookies. The cookies had variations in size and half of the cookies just looked messy. There appeared to be no quality control on this $1200 order. Every box I checked prior to loading them in my car was as bad as the previous. The cookies looked homemade in the worst sense. In addition the cookies tasted doughy, there was no pick up parking in front of the store and no offer to assist in bringing the enormous boxes to my vehicle. The Manager explained the poor quality referring to the ones she made as good and corporate staffing challenges. She offered to let me take half, which would have left me short or a mere 10% refund (basically the tip back) after she noted my frustration, but I would have preferred quality products and service. read more

I don't hand out a lot of bad reviews. Mostly because I don't waste my time on places I know I won't enjoy. But when something misses, it really misses. Enter Crumbl Cookies--a business that, by all appearances, is doing everything right... except for the one thing that actually matters. Let's start with the good. The place is spotless. The staff? Polite, well-trained, genuinely helpful. They walked me through the ordering process without making me feel like an out-of-touch idiot, which I appreciated. There was a steady line, people picking up pre-orders, and a couple of kids sitting on the curb tearing into a four-pack like it was the best thing they'd ever eaten. This business is working--a testament, I'm sure, to the blood, sweat, and ambition of whoever started it. And I respect that. But then there's the product. And here's where it all falls apart. What I expected was a great cookie. What I got was a colorful sugar bomb with the texture of something halfway between cake and Play-Doh. A quick Google search confirmed my suspicions--one of these things has more sugar than a couple of Snickers bars. Maybe it's an age thing, maybe it's a taste thing, but to me, this isn't a cookie. It's a gimmick. So here's the dilemma: Five stars for the business, one star for the product. They've nailed everything except the thing that matters most. I hope it works out for them--I really do. But unless I wake up one day craving a sugar rush so intense it could power a small city, I won't be back. read more

I agree with the other reviews. Every time I go in, I noticed how dirty the front end is. if I was manager, I would have morning crew mop, clean every corner of the floor, counter, front of the counter, register, windows and doors etc., and closing crew the same procedure. Should have at least 30 min after closing just for cleaning. If you look at any restaurant or business, they all have a morning, cleaning and evening cleaning procedures if it needs it or not. The owner or the Management must not have had past experience. This is a no-brainer. read more

Clean, organized, great for a quick sweet treat. Great customer service and good positive vibes. Very local to the area and well known.

I've ordered from this location at least twice and selected curbside pickup. Both times, they mark the order as complete and never bring out the cookies. Last time, they claimed that they were about to bring it out and just couldn't find the car despite no one having gone outside to look. I decided to order there again today because it's the closest location to work and thought that maybe it was a one-time incident. When I went to pick up the cookies and checked in, the order was, again, immediately marked as complete. I waited in the car for about 5 minutes before deciding to go inside. This time, it was clear they had no intention of bringing my order out. I'm not sure why curbside pickup is an option for this store on the app since, clearly, it's not a choice that's actually abided by. At the very least, the cookies still taste good, but I won't be spending anymore money on overpriced cookies and shitty service. read more

eh, it's ok. sometimes cookies don't taste that great and aren't cooked all the way through. Kids still love it though and it still looks cute read more

Have had Crumbl on many occasions but had never been in to order in Ladera. Pretty disappointed in this location. The place was filthy, I saw another review that said the same from a week ago and owner responded saying they took it seriously. Obviously not. The place was a disaster. And not dirty that was from a busy day or week. This is weeks worth of not cleaning. Definitely question the sanitation here. Not to mention the cookie was broken apart and undercooked... Do better owner. read more

I don't know what the hype is - these are overrated. I've had homemade cookies that were better.

Eat at your own risk. Super filthy, I just got a banana pudding cookie open my box and realized the bananas were all brown. Went back to the store to exchange the cookie for a fresh one. I was told that all the bananas were brown and then when I was walking out, I noticed a girl put the cookie that I had just returned back in the refrigerator to sell to another customer. read more

Great cookies and staff love the rotating flavors and the packaging. Ambiance is good and clean and easy to order

My kids like the cookies but there were 3 staff there last time. One was wearing gloves but also using his phone at the same time. Yummy cookies and the staff is nice . Store is clean . So happy we have a location here !

Love this place! The cookies are amazing and the employees are friendly. This is my go to place when Crumbl has the flavors I want to try.

Great service. I think the cookies could be better. More differentiated and with cleaner options (gf, organic, DF)

Today's Milk chocolate chip was kind of bready-tasting...not sure what was going on. I wanted to stop eating this halfway through due to the texture alone, which is unheard of if you know what a dessert fiend I am!! Wish there were a bit more chocolate chips too. Service was okay, they're new. Thanks for reading! ^-^ read more

Crumbl is new to the neighborhood so we wanted to come and support. We were there on opening day and was surprised at the lack of interaction even when it wasn't very crowded. You place your own order on set up iPads and when your order is ready your name is called and shown on a screen. We were greeted by nobody and it felt like ordering from a vending machine with no customer service. The cookies were pretty, but extremely undercooked. We came home and put the choc chip cookie in the oven...then it was delicious. The iced ones we unfortunately couldn't cook more. Sadly our $20 box of 4 cookies didn't get all eaten bc my kids didn't like them. I'm sure we will give them another try later. read more

The cookies were blissful for my tastebuds. The workers were extremely kind as well. The music in there was also amazing

I keep trying to give this location a chance but Crumbl Ladera Ranch just ran out of chances with this big cookie lover. Music with explicit lyrics playing throughout and a kitchen and front guest area that is extremely filthy. It makes one wonder how they ever passed health inspection. I will not go back into this location even though I frequent that shopping area almost daily. Crumbl cookies are great! Just don't go to this location. Drive over to the RSM location to get the Crumbl experience we all love! read more
