Came late on a school night, which as a mother I'm not suppose to do but we were craving something sweet. This place was super clean, I was a very happy person to walk and see that the floors as. Counter tops were spotless. We tried pretty much everything before making our decision. The guy working that night was very patient, kind and we even cracked a few jokes in regards to the ice cream and their history. I know my kids were happy and I felt like a kid trying to decide what to take home as my finals flavor. I chose the ice cream of the month which I believe had Oreos and coffee ice cream. My son chose a sour sherbet flavor and my daughter would choose birthday cakes it was such a satisfying place to be that we came back again during the day time and on a weekend. I love the banana royale! I have tried getting similar orders at other ice cream places but Baskin Robbins always makes the yummiest one! I also used to get a lot of ice cream cakes as a kid and the Pralines n Cream is a nice balanced flavor that most people like. Looking forward to try new ice cream cake flavors this year read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered 2 sundaes through a delivery service. I placed my order at 9:45pm. At 10:03 the delivery driver contacted me reporting that the staff refused to make my order because they had already cleaned and were leaving. Kalen an employee from the store called me at 10:05pm. She stated that the manager disabled the feature to cancel my order so she didn't know what to do. She proceeded to tell me all the staff were minors and were required to leave at 10pm. When I asked to speak with the manager she stated there was not one on site. Kalen then proceeded to tell me that they "pause" Uber eats and Doordash orders at 9pm and completely stop taking orders at 9:30pm. The store hours are 11am to 10pm. Kalen then offered to make my order in the morning and told me I could pick it up at 11am. This was after paying a 13 dollar delivery charge. This location is poorly run because there are children running the store with absolutely no adult supervision. read more

Ice cream was EXTREMELY SOFT wish they would have told me. I think their freezer is broke. I should have know something was odd when they offered me a sooon with my cake cone. Would go again. If you do defiantly ask for a sample to see if the freezer is working. read more

Loooove 31 flavors! Even the kiddos/teens that work here are nice kids. Their customer service skills are top notch. The con is that the owner (lady) is EXTREMELY rude and always in a very bad mood. Her rudeness makes no sense because this little ice cream shop is always full of families enjoying a cool treat. Plus, the employees (who are teens) are wonderful! Ice cream from here is worth the rude attitude from the owner. Maybe you'll get lucky & just get service from one of the teen employees. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their times say 10pm on fridays, yet lights off & open sign off. I still went and tried to open the door because their time says 10pm and I'd think they'd respect that.... and two workers that look like 14 year olds roll their eyes and give me a look confused. read more

This place is near my house, so I went here with my two sibs for a cool treat. I got frozen yogurt, and it was a small but it was quite filling. My brother got the strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and he really liked it. It's a cute small location, with a homey feel and the employee (there was only 1 teenager) who took our order was very sweet. read more

If you speak English this place is not for you. The language barrier that exists within the store is literally disturbing! I called to ask a simple questions and the Asian individuals on the other line, failed to answer. I repeated myself again and again and she still could not understand me.
