The Vegan affogato with vegan soft serve was good, the espresso shot a weaker than we anticipated. The milk shake was good, heavy, rich and creamy. With all the toppings it looked and tasted very good. The Vegan Twist soft serve with vanilla and pomegranate was good. The vanilla when tasted by itself tasted vanilla-plain. But the pomegranate soft serve was outstanding, a bit tart, rich, creamy and vibrant. When tasted by itself as well it was just as good. The inside there some tables as well as a couple outdoors, but it started to drizzle when we tried to sit outside. The girls serving were good and understood which regular ice cream flavours had eggs. Definitely coming back to try different vegan flavours

Taro & Lime Gelato Twist ($4.00) with added sprinkles (+$0.75) is one of their NEW July flavours and it is vegan too! Lime was a bit tart for me but the taro balances it out. You can't go wrong with taro though ^^ This melts super fast outside, so be sure to lick it fast lol! Stuffed Cheesecake ($7.25) is a Whimsy Stacker made with vanilla soft serve, real creamy cheesecake stuffed in the bottom, topped with graham cracker crumbs, and strawberry drizzles! This one was my favourite! The cheesecake was a nice surprise at the end :D! Limited entry - ONE person or family is allowed inside at a time :) If you see someone in the shop, kindly wait outside. Face coverings are much appreciated! Can't wait to come back again to try their freshly baked donuts and other creations like Cookie Monster Whimsy Stacker!

Overall, a fun place to stop if you're into the theme. Other notes: I visited in early May and they either didn't have air conditioning or just hadn't turned it on yet...had to step out for a breather after drinking hot tea and soup haha. Bathroom was a single unisex one, same level as the rest of the shop, with maybe one small step up.

They offer take-out boxes because, like us, you probably will not be able to finish everything. Service was warm and friendly. The setting was cozy and whimsically decorated. Only problem was they couldn't find our Open Table reservation when we arrived (we even had a texted confirmation), but they managed to set up a table pretty quickly.

We ordered fish & chips, souvlaki, hamburger, Alfredo pasta and chicken Caesar salad. Portion sizes are large. No one had room for dessert. The fish and burger were pronounced outstanding, as was the house white wine, the souvlaki was acceptable but could have used more seasoning, the Alfredo was not a hit. The average for food was 3 stars. The atmosphere is welcoming with comfortable seating, stone topped tables and lots of wall murals featuring renaissance artworks. Service was outstanding and made for a positive experience overall. The uneven quality of the meals is really the only drawback - if you have a large group with diverse tastes it would still be an excellent option.

She slammed the bowls on table Food arrived cold on stale bread, totally unappetizing Can not recommend this restaurant A celebration ruined by this experience.

What we really liked: - great selection of teas - wonderful staff - great ambiance - the price can't be beat - they gave each person their own jam/cream - the portion was just right What was ok: - sandwiches were basic but good. - the scones were a bit dry for my taste - the sweets tasted bland to me Parking on the street or nearby lot. They also have the cutest little shop for tea cups, pots and other sundries.
