Very small shop, inside a pretty small and boring mall. But the guy who served us was really nice and there are tons of flavors to choose from. I will come back again once it gets hotter outside. The serving size was pretty generous as well for $4-6 or so.

This store ruined my daughters birthday and I will never spend my money here again. I have actually been a loyal customer at this specific location for years, unfortunately my business has been lost for good. The customer service was gone down over the years and I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I placed an order for my daughters birthday, I ordered a unicorn cake on a Sunday with an expected pick up of Tuesday. Well I get there on Tuesday to pick up the cake, and to my surprise the order isn't ready...because the associate who took my order put it in for a pick up of Thursday! I was told to take another cake however the cake that I was given was a generic cake not the unicorn cake I ordered, I was in a bind because the store was closing in an hour and my daughter was expecting a cake for her birthday so I had to take what was offered. This store has done nothing to rectify this incident. The only thing that they have done is blame me as if I don't know my own child's birthday. This mistake was completely on them, the receipt I was given has the proper date. The associates will not even give me the managers name. The associate should have done her due diligence and properly read the ticket. This is unacceptable and not how you keep customers. There are other ice cream shops in the area such as Carvel, Hershey even the local Giant has better service then what they provide.

Enjoying my free scoop of ice cream!

And maybe you're not a doughnut person, they have so many more options: ice cream, milkshakes, lattes, popcorn. I was so tempted to try a milkshake but next time. The place is clean and colorful. There was a little kid sitting down waiting for his doughnuts that randomly said "Why is it so peaceful in here?" And I couldn't agree more. Between the lighting, soft music and delicious aroma it was quite peaceful. The service only made this place better. Everyone was very friendly and patient and you can tell it's a family business. Highly recommend.

It's decorated nicely, and is really adorable. On a hot summer's night, I stopped by for ice cream. The place was empty, except for one young woman behind the counter, on her phone. She barely looked up, with a "let me know if I can help you." I ordered my scoops and started waiting while my partner ordered a soft serve. This is apparently a production. I seriously almost finished my ice cream waiting.... But, in the meantime, about ten people in different groups came in. Several wound up just leaving. The one woman who was there started shouting into the back for someone to come help her. After 4-5 attempts, a second woman came out. She had been way too busy chatting with someone on her phone about her car to offer any help -- which she continued to do while she rang me up. I've been to places where I felt like the staff didn't care one way or the other, this one made me feel like I was really interrupting these two ladies' evening of texting and chatting, and they would have preferred nobody came in. That's fine, I don't think I'll make the mistake again.

The scoops sit in the case like little pastel daydreams, each one whispering, "pick me, pick me," and honestly? I would if I could. Cookies & Cookie Dough tastes like a hug you didn't know you needed. Banana Bourbon Caramel feels like a sweet little secret. Even the seasonal flavors are adorable here for a good time, not a long time. Everyone inside is smiling in that soft, "life is good for a minute" way. And I'm just standing there, cone in hand, feeling like the main character in a very wholesome dessert movie. Jubilee doesn't just serve ice cream it serves tiny moments of joy, sprinkled generously, scooped gently, and handed to you with a smile. College Park, you're lucky. This place is pure sweetness. What's hot - Variety. There's a good variety of flavors- chocolate type flavors and fruity flavors. There's also a good amount of toppings- fruits, brownies, jellies, cookie dough, sprinkles, etc... - Location. It's in a plaza with a Whole Foods, restaurants, and shops, which is convenient. Also close to a walking trail, in case you want to walk off your frozen yogurt binge. - Layout. There's outdoor seating and indoor seating. Pretty spacious inside. - Price. The cost is .75 cents an ounce, which isn't too bad. - Service. Pretty good. They were able to ring me up quickly, and there appear to always be some staffer around. What's not - Price. As explained above, .75 cents per ounce isn't bad, but be aware the cost can add up quickly, especially if you add toppings. That I paid $10 and used the smallest cup and only got frozen yogurt with no toppings, is notable. I did the math and that means I got approximately 13 ounces of frozen yogurt, which weighs less than an average 16oz water bottle. - Quality. While the flavors I tried were good, they weren't great. Specifically, it was difficult actually tasting the flavors. Nothing seemed to pop. Essentially, it was sweet frozen yogurt. Final answer Willing to come back, but probably not a first choice.
