Their product line is crazy deep, with eight Milk Teas, seven lattes, seven fresh brewed coffees and teas, two milk foams, eight fruit drinks, eight smoothies, and a finishing touch of six toppings. I went with a 16-ounce Strawberry Milk Tea with 30% sweetness, and yes, you can order various sugar levels. My tea was a "blend of fresh strawberry flavor with smooth green milk tea for a perfectly sweet sip". I really loved it. The strawberry flavor was very good. A layer of strawberry jam-like goodness had settled into the bottom of my glass, and that made the last few sips even better than the rest. At over $7 after tax, Gong Cha won't be a regular expense for me, but as a once in a while treat it sure delivers.

What I was handed was a cookie in a paper bag, and the chocolate was literally melting and soaking through the bag. If you sell single cookies and offer customers the option to add birthday gift packaging, you should have appropriate packaging available--or at minimum offer another box that will safely hold the cookie. Putting a warm, chocolate-covered cookie into a paper bag that it immediately starts melting through is not an acceptable substitute.
