HORRIBLE!!!! Yesterday 9/20 was my sons birthday I ordered the football cake and when I went to go pick it up the ball was not brown it was PINK!! I told the employee I did not like it and she replied that the football was that color which I told her it's not. Another employee came took a look at it and I asked her if it looked like a football and she replied NO. I asked to speak to the manager employee went to the back of the store called her never apologized and told me to come back tomorrow so they can fix it.WHY WOULD I GO BACK ON A DAY I NO LONGER NEED IT?? I asked for managers number and was given the stores phone to talk to her. All she said was there's nothing I can do until tomorrow. Again why would I want it for tomorrow if his birthday was that day. She then tell me I can pick a pre made cake. His cake was of cookies and crème the only close thing to that was a Oreo cake. Yes the cake was $48.99 I paid $35 she refused to give me that cake. So not only did I not get what I ordered but now I have to pick something I don't want or like and on top of all that made us late because this when in for 25 minutes. MY SON DID NOT GET A BIRTHDAY CAKE THANK TO THEM SO NEVER BUY A CAKE FROM THIS PLACE!! read more

I had visited this location many times in the past and was not very pleased.. so stop going all together..then today I took a walk from fry's to the UPS store a s saw this location had cleaned up a lot.. so decided to try them out again.. found out a new owner had taken over.. very nice man.. the improvements are great.. the Ice cream is frozen, all the blenders work and the had fresh bananas for there splits.. maybe I might make this my Tuesday night ice cream spot.. Wish I can give this place no stars! Customer service sucked. The two young ladies sucked and they acted like my kids and I were offending them because we walked in to their business. I can spot laziness off the bat and them two were the definition of "LAZY"! I will rather buy ice cream for my family at frys grocery store instead of going to this dump! Will never go To this location ever again!!!! The older woman who works there is the rudest woman I have ever met! And she claims she is the only the cake decorator so not sure what she is doing behind the counter telling the other employees what to do. I went in with my family for my son's birthday. We have the birthday coupon for him and I go to pay for our entire order and the girl scans the coupon. This woman out of nowhere starts yelling saying I can't use it it's only for a kids scoop not a regular. Coupon clearly says 1 regular scoop or frozen yogurt. I have been coming to Baskin robins for years and never had an issue with any of our bday coupons. I have never been treated like that and was completely embarrassed in front of other customers. This location is now under new ownership and let me say how great this location has now become! Let me first off start by saying the location had a full staff ready to take orders, the location itself had a whole new makeover and looks clean and bright! The staff was super nice, friendly, and family owned. All their flavors were filled with no empty containers. I definitely recommend this Baskin Robins to have everyone give them another chance, i swore the first time I went in I wouldn't go back but so glad I did tonight because now we finally have a nice Baskin Robins near my house! Granted this is a chain.. but damn! The staff here is absolutely incompetent and they test my patience in every way known to mankind. Although the promotional specials are prominently displayed in the store when you ask the employees about them they look at you as if you are speaking a foreign language. On two occasions I tried to get order those waffle cone dippers; the first time the staff had no clue what I was talking about until I POINTED to the poster and then they realized they were out of the waffle chips. The second time the dude knew what I was talking about but said he didn't know if they were out of the waffle chips or just couldn't find them... WHAT! I swear these people are Martians. read more

Came in to pick up my cake. The girl looked who looked she just rolled out of bed asked for my order name, opened the fridge them made a call for 6 min. I had to call her back over to ask what the deal was she said " are you in a hurry or something?" I she said it would be another 10 min because she has to box it up. Went late Sunday afternoon. Product good. Store was disgusting. Think of the worst movie theater you have ever been to (floors). Every table was also dirty. I asked the young man for a pint of ice cream with 3 different kinds of ice cream. He didn't even put a regular scoop size in with the first flavor before he started putting in the second flavor. I asked him to please pack it down hard. He kind of evened out the ice cream but there wasn't any packing. I asked him to weigh the container and he said "we don't weigh the ice cream here." He then took my pint of ice cream around the corner which I thought he was asking about weighing my pint. He came back and put the third flavor in the container. I just accepted the fact he must be new, then in the car I could push my ice cream 1/4 the way down with my plastic spoon. I was up all night sick. I assume he spit in my ice cream when he took my pint around the corner. From now on I will eat custard! read more

Great service! The two new owners Jim and Sarah have built this store back up from where it was, it is clean and friendly. All the employees are so kind and helpful, they try their hardest so you can get what you want in a timely manner. We went here and it was fine, but I felt awful for the kid working behind the counter! There was a VERY long line and he was totally alone. It was an " after dinner " time, so you would think management would realize that and have at least 2 people in there. Twice we have experienced that they didn't have bananas for banana splits. We've questioned the menu prices. Royales cost the same as a split. A split has more ice cream and more toppings. On two occasions, this one server seems a little bored and inconvenienced. The way she prepared our desserts seems she needs retraining. They were not top notch as I expect. I will probably go to the next closest store and hope for better service. read more

I can't believe how much it has changed for the better. The old management were some of the laziest and incompetent people I have met and if you voices your concern they just rolled there eyes and did nothing to solve the problem. After seeing a sign outside saying under new management I decided to give it one last try and I was extremely surprised on how much better it was. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful and clean the place was. Everything I could have wanted was fixed and twenty times better. Just left this place a hour ago with two pre packed containers of ice cream that has obviously MELTED then been RE FROZEN it is crystallized with ice & NOT creamy at all it is sooo Horrible( shame on this place for selling it this way)... Please DO NOT waste your money on the pre packed ice cream in the freezer at this location,I didn't know the product was in this disgusting condition until I got it home and tried to serve it...what a serious waste of $$$$$! read more
