I worked here from August 2024 to October 2024. I loved this job and loved serving children and their families. I was doing my absolute best every time I was scheduled because I knew that with my autism it would be harder to fit in with my coworkers who were actually younger than me. However, the owner, Liliane, did not want to deal with me and my needs. So, she fired me over text, and I know she fired someone else for being autistic. My mother was very angry and next time we came inside for a treat she rightfully snapped at Liliane for even trying to talk to me. Liliane put a smile on her face, recognized me, and had the audacity to ask how I was. I did not answer because my mother saved the day. I also feel like some of the workers could be much more professional because I watched someone serve me a most-likely three-day old waffle cone. I know because I worked there and would see my coworkers do the same thing. The only people there that get to work without consequences are Liliane's very own daughter who seems to be always working the stand. If only Liliane was as professional as her daughter. I have nothing against Baskin Robbins as a whole, but this location is awful. read more
