This is usually the only Baskin-Robbins I would go to to order the cakes because their cake person is the best. You can either order online or go in person and they are able to assist. As far as the ice cream, they usually have the flavor of the month. Since there aren't too many Baskin-Robbins in the Clovis Area, this is my preferred on. This location has plenty of parking spaces. It is on the Southeast corner of Clovis and Herndon.

Scoop sizes decreasing and prices soaring. Container is resting on the top part of my hand...over 4 bucks- shocking.

Nostalgia, and variety. That is the reason for the second star. This experience floored me, as I have been a customer for decades with this company. Came here on a weekday during the day. There were no other customers, and we had to wait quite awhile before anyone came out to take our order, though we were told the worker would be out in a minute. Single scoops, over four bucks, and they are honestly crazy small. Mind you, it is the shape of a scoop, but tiny. Prices increased, and sizes decreased. I asked what the difference between the kids scoop and the single was, because I still feel we were given a kids' scoop. Getting ice cream out is always a treat for the family, but when you can buy a half gallon at a grocery store for the same price as frankly, 3/4 a full sized scoop worth...its really sad. This company was phenomenal as a kid, into my teens, adulthood...but now to bring a family, it is just not something to even look forward to. Inside area was ok, not fresh and clean feeling, and just not inviting. I will not be returning.

When the grandkids come over and it is 100+ degrees outside, you head to Baskin Robbins. On this day there was only one person working and she was working hard. There were 5 customers in the store and she served each one with a smile and was patient as well. Thank you! My husband brought the certificate he received from the Blood Center after donating platelets and received a FREE pint of Rocky Road ice cream. Thank you! While we waited, our granddaughter peeked in the freezer at all the ice cream cakes and announced that for her upcoming birthday she wants "that one!" Okay. We'll be back soon.

What a fun cake! Blue monster.

The monster cake was so fun and yummy! Friendly service. Thank you! Chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter ice cream.

    Dirty floors

Tables were dirty- bench seats dirty- floor had trash on the floor- glass for all the displays were dirty- employee stood around goofing off - I drive across town to this location because it used to be clean, but now it is as dirty as the one on Shaw Ave in Clovis

The dude and I briefly went to Baskin Robbins as he was craving a Chocolate Peanut butter shake which was delicious. When we entered the staff greeted us and we tried several samples. Since it was not my cheat day on my lifestyle food change I just ate the samples to satisfy my sweet tooth and took sips from my dudes drink. They have an abundance of flavors and it was not too crazy when we came in. We found parking easily. The store was very clean inside and I feel like all Baskin Robbins smell so good! I will be coming back on the 31st as it is a tradition to get ice cream on their discounted scoops or if I snag a deal through the Baskin Robbins app on my cheat days!

Been going to this BR for years since I live around the corner and go quit often. Since the new staff, all these young girls there have no customer service or people skills. They are rude, never smile and sometimes will wait to help the customer. I asked for a chocolate waffle cone there was none which is now becoming more often where there are no waffle cones. Staff is getting lazy now to make more, so ordered my ice cream in a cup when the girl handed it to me.. I asked her if it was a kids scoop, she assured me it was not, well it surely looked like each scoop was a kids scoop I told her. Went in today, as I opened door to walk in, smelled like dirty diapers badly. Couldn't sit in there so we left to eat our ice cream in our car in with the ac on. Customer service has gone down while the prices has gone ridiculously up.

I really like this location because it is clean and the staff is friendly! I stop here when I'm craving my nutty coconut and pralines and cream milkshake! You should try my recipe! I promise you'll love it!

One of the messages I wanted on my cookies and cream ice cream cake.

Boom!! Mina is the Boss! I wanted to order online for pick-up, but I waited too late and took a chance that there would be a cake ready in the store already as suggested on the website. There were several options that fit what I needed. To boot, The cake decorating expert was in the store and hooked my cake up with the perfect message in under 5mins and didn't skip a beat helping other customers. Yeah!! She is a hero!! The store is clean and a very cool getaway from the 100 degree weather today. Very close parking available. Very short waiting period to be served here. Also, I got cash back on this purchase because I used my debit card that is connected to my Yelp cash back account. I am stoked to see Baskin-Robbins on the list. Thank you Mina because the cake was a total hit with my son for his birthday. It was exactly what he wanted!!

    "Double Scoop"

"Double Scoop". This is now considered a double scoop. Very disappointed. Not only have prices gone up, serving size has gone down. I will no long give them my business. The scoops were not full. I even reminded the server I wanted 2 scoops. 1 chocolate chip and 1 rocky road. She smiled and said the rocky road is there. No shame. Baskin Robbins, do better.

Baskin Robbins, come on you can not go wrong with ice cream,, when the cravings are calling. This particular location was adjoined by a few other businesses as most are. Upon entering was greeted by young lady and very welcoming, while searching for the rite dessert I noticed the a little humid inside, as if the a/c was off. Not too critical but wanted to sit and enjoy my dessert, unfortunately was not comfortable to sit inside so exited. Not a whole lot to say about but Baskin Robbins is ultimately a great spot , I was glad to see that my seasonal ice cream Daquiri Ice was available! Overall visit was decent and you know it is what it is.

There are a few tables inside and a few outside, which is nice on warmer days. With a legacy dating back to 1945, Handel's has spent over 70 years perfecting its craft. They are known for making their ice cream fresh daily on-site using a proprietary, high-quality cream recipe that results in an exceptionally smooth, dense texture. Their commitment to premium ingredients, generous portion sizes (at least 2.5 scoops per cone), and a rotating selection of over 100 flavors has helped them earn a loyal following. Portions here are notably large--so much so that the four-scoop "sampler" is easily shareable between two people. The flavor selection is equally impressive, ranging from classics to creative options like Buckeye, Graham Central Station, and Blue Monster. That signature richness, thanks to their heavy cream base, is what sets Handel's apart--but it can also be a bit much depending on the flavor. For me, some varieties lean a little too heavy, which makes their lighter options especially appealing. My personal favorites include Strawberry, Pistachio, and Coconut Pineapple, along with their sherbets and sorbets, which offer a refreshing alternative. If you are in the mood for something fruit-forward with a touch more indulgence, the Orange Dream Cream and Banana Cream Pie are excellent choices. I am glad Fresno now has a Handel's to call its own. If you have not been yet, it is well worth a visit to experience how their traditional, small-batch approach delivers such a uniquely rich and creamy ice cream.

Some of the staple flavors include Madagascar Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Honeycomb, Bordeaux Cherry, Rocky Road, Mint Chip, Chocolate Chip, Strawberry, Peanut Butter Chip, and Whiskey Caramel Swirl. The monthly flavors are where they really get creative. As of May, they had flavors like Ube Coconut, Fior di Latte, Bananas Foster, Birthday Cake, Honey Rose Pistachio, Miso Sesame Brittle, Pim's Cup Sorbet, and Strawberry Balsamic. I also appreciate that they offer vegan options every month, and even one of the staple flavors, Peanut Butter Chip, is vegan. Their website clearly lists allergens for all flavors as well, which is helpful for people with dietary restrictions or food allergies. They offer a lot of different ways to enjoy the ice cream too. You can get cups or cones, single through triple scoops, pints to take home, milkshakes made from any flavor, and even flights where you get four smaller scoops to sample different flavors. They also have toppings and waffle cones available. The staff has always been friendly at every location I've visited. The shops themselves aren't huge, but most people are in and out fairly quickly. They also keep water available for customers and have restrooms on-site, which is nice.
