I love the variety of flavors including smoothies as well. The freezer area had ice cream cakes along with grab and go ice cream cones. Baskin Robbins is a great place to get ice cream and it's cheaper then going to Ben and Jerry's or Haagen Dazs. It may not be as creamy as Ben and Jerry's or Haagen Dazs, but still good Ice cream. My favorite is definitely the gold medal ribbon, essentially a chocolate/vanilla mix with a light caramel swirl, and you def have to get it with a dipped chocolate waffle cone. This location may be small, but the customer service is great. There's maybe one table and 4 chairs available to customers. read more

The ice cream cake was sufficiently attractive and delicious. But not sufficient enough to justify a cake -- which in its size would ordinarily feed 6 to 8 people -- for a price of $60. Such a price is lewd, Weimar Germany exorbitantly priced lewdness. The service was counter jockey service. You get the cake out of a freezer and walk up to a register with it and pay for it. End of story. Ambiance? This is a shopping center pad business, with refrigerator interior ambiance. Again, to charge $50 or $60 for such a product is vicious and disgusting. And note that the cake is marked as "Serves 12 to 16 people." Really? Maybe if the people are called Tom Thumb and Thumbellina. read more

I came in here this afternoon on a swealtering early summer day. At around 7pm it was pretty crowded with mostly young people. There were also several people enjoying their ice cream outside where chairs were situated. I felt like I wanted to try something new so I went for the non-dairy strawberry streusel 2 scoops in a cup! I was already a big fan of strawberry ice cream so I figured this flavor wouldn't be too far of a stretch. For Les than $6.00 it was definitely a great deal too. They had three employees working behind the counter, and the girl who helped me with my order was nice and attentive. The ice cream was prepared in a jiffy, and I was out the door quickly and on my way to the car. The Ice cream tasted wonderful, and I managed to finish it off on the drive home. read more

Ok, so it's a chain ice cream place. But Baskin-Robbins ice cream has always been decent, and it's comparable to the KaleidoScoops chain down the road. The reason I give this place four stars and KaleidoScoops three stars is that the staff here rock. Every time I've been here, the staff have been patient and helpful - willing to give samples, recommendations and patience as I waffle over a selection. The bf is even more indecisive than I am when it comes to ice cream, but the kindly Baskin-Robbins staff here have been great about it. Plus, they have a few cool ice cream flavors, in addition to the run-of-the-mill flavors you'd expect from a chain establishment. On the whole, I think I prefer this place to KaleidoScoops; the ice cream is much the same, but the staff here really stands out. read more

We went here today, pretty busy for a Thursday afternoon. The girl Working was awesome. She ran the store like she was the owner. She bounced from customer to customer with a smile and a great attitude. After the rush was over she proceeded to clean. She never stopped. She is great! I wish my business was closer. So disappointed. Freezer burn cake. I got a bday fudge crunch ice cream cake that i ordered about 2 wks in advance. It was ready on time but the entire bottom layer of ice cream was 100% full of freezer burn. It was impossible to cut through it even after letting it sit for the recommended 10 min (plus) So disappointing. And not at all worth the high price point :( read more

I haven't been here in a while but it seems as though all the problems that used to plague this once wonderful mecca of childhood memories have now been fixed according to the previous positive reviews. But this place really had gone the way of the dodo for many many years. It was god awful, dirty, crappy employees who were rude and just stupid. I got so fed up with the increasing prices and the decreasing customer service. But they did a huge remodel and I will have to try it again because I absolutely love their mint chocolate chip ice cream. Somehow I had missed that there's an actual real live Baskin Robbins (not attached to a Dunkin Donuts or whatever) right in Manchester Lakes. I'm not usually a big ice cream eater, but sometimes there is nothing like a scoop of real ice cream from the good old 31 flavors. Its small, but clean, and the staff is friendly. They have a huge case of ice cream cakes, and you can also order from the book that seems to be the same as its always been. Hooray for opportunities to relive childhood! read more

The servings at this location are very undersized. I love the ice cream, but it seems like they deliberately make the servings much smaller than normal. Go to a different Baskin Robbins if you want their ice cream. read more

This place is a great stop to get your favorite ice cream flavor. They always carry flavors outside of the standard 31(flavors). The staff is amazing and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. Noticed people also complained about prices...that's not the stores fault, complain to the actual Baskin Robbins corporation. Also word of advice if you don't want to spend money for the best Baskin Robins ice cream, you can easily go down a couple stores and buy yourself a pint of ice cream at shoppers. Hands down the best customer service of any Baskin Robbins that I have ever visited!! I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's ice cream party. I found the cake on their website and called the store to see how many days in advance I needed to place an order. I called twice and spoke to two different people and both answered my questions thoroughly and and were so nice!! I went to the store a few days later to place my order and the guy who helped me was very patient with my indecisive order and seemed genuinely concerned in making sure I was happy with my order. The cake turned out better than I imagined. It was beautiful and delicious! Guests at the party kept asking where the cake was from. I also bought a two 6 packs of ice cream sandwiches and they were great too!! I highly recommend this location!! Thanks for the awesome cake and customer service!! read more
