The old basketball post and hoop ,installed on a Tennessee court had rusted out. Bolts securing base were frozen on. They did not give up. I contacted Harold after getting burned by Mr. Hoop in Wellesley (who took my money, never came back, never answered my messages). Harold was great! He had me text him several pictures of the damage, then he came by to look at it himself when he was in the area. (I'm pretty far from Plymouth.)
