The bushes in the parking lot are too high for automobiles. Can't see oncoming traffic. Very dangerous.

The staff here couldn't have been nicer, and the store has a great selection. Unfortunately, an unnecessarily restrictive payment policy cost them a sale. Like plenty of people who quickly stop at stores while running errands or heading to and from the gym, I don't always carry my full wallet. I generally rely on Apple Pay, which is convenient, secure, and widely accepted. And of course, I know that not all retailers accept it. That's fine, I can research that and plan ahead. Unfortunately, when I went to check out at this particular Dick's, I discovered that this location has an undisclosed limit on contactless transactions. My purchase was exactly $100, and the terminal refused the payment, saying it exceed the contactless payments. Even the staff were surprised and mystified by this. Crazy. Rather than make a second trip, I ordered the same items online for less money, with free delivery tomorrow. It's frustrating because I genuinely wanted to make the purchase in person. It was a gift and I would have preferred to have it in hand tonight. But I can deal with delivery tomorrow, even if it is from another retailer. The employees did everything right, but the payment system got in the way. At a time when brick-and-mortar retailers are competing with online shopping, making it harder for customers to spend money seems particularly counterproductive. Great staff, great selection, but a checkout policy that really needs reconsideration. In the meantime, don't forget your wallet or leave it in the console of your truck when you pop into Dick's. read more

RACIST me and my boyfriend went in on 10/19/21 looking for a ski mask and saw they were available for pick up and there was some still in stock at the store and showed her countless times and she said they don't have any that their still in boxes and she can't get them out ( sounds sketchy) so we went outside and ordered them for curbside and they came out within 10 minutes with the mask. Never coming here again. read more

So I was going to buy some new soccer cleats. So I was in a rush because I had a game coming up. They did not have nothing in order. Half of the cleats where up for show. No kids cleats . Did not have the sizes. If you looked at the cleats and you went down to the box's it was not even the cleat you where looking for . Half of then did not have a price tag. If you want to go their go head. I am just trying to help because I walk out with nothing . read more

Haven't sold guns and ammo for over two years but can still order online... Figured I might save you a trip if that's what you're driving there for.... Other than that have all your other sporting goods! read more

Contrary to popular belief, the people at Dick's are not dicks. They are friendly and they price-match. Along with an impressive selection of sporting goods (including deep-cycle marine batteries), what else could you ask for? read more

Found the help to be extremely helpful, while they were out of what I wanted they did recommend a place online I could buy the item. Another time I came in looking for some fishing gear and they steered to the items I needed in a timely manner. I like how they have the place set up. Easy in and out. read more

The Dick's sporting goods in Plymouth has a good representation of brands. I visited for Patagonia and North Face. However, the store had very limited staffing. The store itself needs attention to merchandising and organizing and overall the store was in poor shape. The ladies room was FILTHY, a sink clogged and trash on floor, felt I needed a tetanus shot when leaving. Its a huge store and needs more staffing and a better sense of management in charge. read more

Pretty good sporting goods store. The golf, fishing, and camping departments are awesome. Great selection!!!

I enjoy shopping at Dicks but the one located in Plymouth MA is so poorly managed. There is plenty of staff standing around but every time I have been there there has been a massive line. I will no longer be shopping at the one in Plymouth read more

Beware!!! Went to buy running shorts today. Saw small rack with sign indicating shorts were on sale. At the counter, I was advised these Adidas shorts were not included. I went back to the rack and discovered small print indicating the sale only applied to one of the two styles on the rack - despite signs on both sides advertising the sale! Really bad form. Very misleading. Probably won't go back there. read more

Pretty good place to buy sporting goods. They have a good variety of everything. They sell hunting stuff, airgun stuff, and football gear for good prices. But the employees are not good at helping. read more

Currently leaning against the counter trying to by ammunition to go to the range with. I was told about 15 minutes ago a manager would be over in a minute to help me. Can't help but think a manager would be right over if I needed one to buy sneakers with current events being what they are. Going to keep waiting... read more

The WORST customer service which began with not one but TWO "greeters" that did not even acknowledge any customers who entered up to a manager who refused to honor a valid coupon. And he was rude on top of it! Will never shop here again. read more

The staff doesn't seem to want to sell anything . There are plenty of employees but none that want to help or check you out. I spent an hour in boys section choosing $160 worth of clothes. The same employees kept walking by. Not one attempt to make a sale. Then I was at checkout for a while . Lots of employees drinking their iced coffees and joking around. When the sale in front of me took a long time with surveys and upc forms- I finally left. read more

Horrible experience every time I am there. Always a line despite many staff around. Correct prices have to be looked up constantly!! Returning items is a nightmare bc staff is unclear about process. This store is why ppl shop online read more

Not sure what everyone is complaining about, bought a gun safe and got it home and even though there was little damage to the box there was some damage to the safe. Called them and said to bring back for exchange no questions asked. The sales guys were great. The only problem is checkout is a little slow because of all the codes they have to key in to the registers.Over all pretty happy with this store. read more

My fiancée went to Dick's Sporting Goods in the colony place plaza today. He's been interested in purchasing an angler kayak for a while, and was able to borrow a friends truck today so he went to make his purchase. He picked out the one he was interested in, and all the equipment he wanted to go with it. The sale total was almost $800 dollars. When attempting to make his purchase the store manager was extremely unhelpful. She was basically too lazy to move around some things in the back room in order to bring the kayak out for m fiancée to purchase. She suggested he come back tomorrow, but considering we were borrowing a truck that was not a possibility. We can home and ordered one off of Amazon. At one point the manager actually said "do you really need it today?" No we'll wait for it to be delivered in a week from amazon... Hopefully your company enjoys losing out on almost thousand dollar sales :-) read more

I purchased a 2014 Superstroke Flatso1.1 grip from an online website. The grip is not released until April but I got it early. It looks completely different from the 2013 version. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods store at Colony Place in Plymouth Massachusetts on Feb 11th, 2014 at 11:07 A.M to have someone put the grip on for me. I walked into the store with my putter and the new grip CLEARLY in my hand and walked over to the golf section of the store. I was approached by an older man who works in the golf section and told him that I needed my grip installed on my putter. He asked if I paid for the grip already and I told him how i purchased it online and I did not have the receipt. He told me to go up front in an angry off tone of voice and wait up front for someone to help me. I walked up front and talked to a cashier named Brandon. I told him my situation and he was very nice to me and was honest to me and said that they probably thought I stole it. I told him how I bought it online and how it looks completely different from the 2013 version and if they were to compare it to any grip they have over there that they would see the difference. Once I paid for the re-grip the older gentleman came back over and took my putter and grip from me. He told me that he could not put the new grip on until he got the OK from Loss Prevention. He said that he had to make sure that I did not steal the grip. I told him that I did not steal the grip and if they looked at the grip I brought in that they would see that it is not like any grip they have in stock. Also if I were to steal the grip from the store why would I have them put it on for me? But he did not listen to me and walked away from me. I waited around for around 20 minutes. He then returned with my re-gripped my putter and handed it back to me. He did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything, I then proceeded to leave the store. I will NEVER have any of my clubs re-gripped from them ever again! And I recommend if you like to buy grips online because it is cheaper and then have someone install them for you DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Because they will treat you like a criminal. I wish I got his name so I would tell you not to go to him. I have called corporate and filed a complaint with them as well, I am so angry I will NEVER purchase any golf items from DICK'S Sporting Goods store if I see that man working there. read more
