Farinas in Beaumont is the best hidden little gem! It is a cozy little restaurant that tries to get…read moreas much locally sourced ingredients as possible. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is wonderful (might be a little loud and echoey for some) and the food is absolutely to die for! Prices are on average $30/dish but you get so much food, (I took home some for left overs)You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu- I went with a group of girls and took pictures of some of our choices! Highly recommend!

My wife and I ordered dinner for us and one of our children. She got the lasagna, I ordered the hot chicken sandwich (which came with fries) and my son ordered the maple bacon smash burger which came with fries as well. Portion size was huge, price was absolutely at that sweet spot of value (that's hard these days!) and the flavours were incredible. We topped it off with a maple walnut cheesecake with raspberry compote and a sweet masala drizzle - delivered by the head chef, Jeevan - what a way to end the night! Of course we can't forget the service! Our server, Hayden, was prompt, attentive and very knowledgable of the menu, in spite of the restaurant only being open a few weeks already. Overall, their complete lack of usual "kinks" to iron out when a new restaurant opens seems due to their accountable and personable front-of-house, competent and seasoned kitchen and head chef Jeevan. Definitely no need to wait to go visit them!

Excellent Service, excellent food every time, great vibe!! Highly recommend this restaurant!read more

On October 9, 2026, my wife and I were visiting family in St. Albert, who recommended that we have…read moredinner at Luisa Risto. We were looking forward to the experience, and the evening initially got off to a very pleasant start. Upon our arrival, the owner, Ed C., greeted us warmly. I ordered the Polpette, consisting of linguine, house-made veal meatballs, and tomato sauce. The dish was excellent, and I was thoroughly enjoying my meal. Because I enjoy olive oil with most of my pasta dishes, I asked a member of the staff if I could have a small side of olive oil. She advised me that she would notify my server, who was Ed. Several minutes later, Ed emerged from the kitchen carrying a very large bottle of olive oil. He appeared visibly agitated and, without asking me how much oil I wanted, proceeded to pour an excessive amount over my pasta, saturating the dish. What had been an excellent meal was effectively ruined. More disappointing, however, was the manner in which this simple request was handled. I had asked for a small side of olive oil so that I could add it to my pasta according to my own preference. I had not asked for the oil to be poured directly onto my food, much less in such an excessive quantity. I understand that restaurant service can be demanding and that an evening may present its share of challenges. Nevertheless, a reasonable request from a customer should not result in an unpleasant interaction that spoils the dining experience. A simple question about how much oil I wanted, or the provision of a small dish on the side, would have avoided the entire situation. My disappointment is particularly pronounced because the food had been excellent and our initial interaction with Ed had been so pleasant. Unfortunately, his subsequent conduct overshadowed those positive impressions and left us with a very disappointing memory of our visit. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that Ed will take it in the constructive spirit intended. Customers should be able to make reasonable requests and enjoy their meals without having their food altered without their consent.

She was kind, thoughtful, speedy and friendly. The best server we have had in a long time. A great menu. It pretty basic Italian, appetizers, pizza, and pasta with a good wine menu. We decided to start with Whipped Ricotta with brioche bread, which was rich and delightful. My kiddo went with the Spaghettini Bolognese. I had the mini margarita pizza, and my husband went with the four meat. The food came out quickly and all of it was delicious. My kiddo ate up happily all of her spaghettini. I enjoyed my pizza and my husband had no complaints with his. We liked the whipped ricotta so much, we ordered a second one to take home. If you are in the south side and is craving Italian try this out!

The pizzas were so good, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Tiki, one of the best! I ordered a bottle of wine that wasn't on the menu but it was not bad at all. If you're not in the mood for wine the dinner will be under &60 for two with two appies. The Fired Mazerella was perfect. The service was great and it wasn't too busy on Thursday night although the restaurant itself felt a bit small.
