They were visibly almost just cheese pizzas, which was extremely disappointing. I called the store to address the issue. The manager told me that no one had ever complained about toppings before. After I explained the problem, he agreed to remake the donair pizza and said he would personally prepare it. Unfortunately, the replacement donair pizza arrived looking exactly the same. It had almost no meat -- only one small piece of donair. The other pizzas (ham and pineapple, and ham and bacon) were not replaced and also had barely any toppings. When I raised my concern again, I was told that if I wanted more toppings, I would have to pay extra. That response was frustrating given the pizzas already lacked the standard amount. Very disappointed with both the quality and the customer service.

I was able to select pay at pickup and it told me it would be a 20 minute wait for the pizza. Upon arrival at the place, I was the only one in store but there were 4 delivery pick up drivers that followed me in a 5 minute window. My pizza was ready in a total of 25 mins from order online to holding it in my hand. Quite impressive turn around time! The pizza itself was pretty good. I liked the jalapeños on the beef taco pizza and I would like to try other pizzas they have. The crust on the beef taco pizza has sesame seeds on it which I found kind of odd but it really tasted great. The service was friendly, and I would definitely order from here again.

Going in to pick up recently this time the staff were good at letting us know exactly how much longer our pizza order was going to be- they have a few chairs you can sit and wait in as well but this is primarily a take out location as there is no where to sit and eat your pizza at really. Like I said my fav is the Cheese Sticks - it's really just cheese pizza but without the pizza sauce. We recently tried the spicy garlic dip and it was so good! If you like a little heat on the side this dip is a great addition on your order. We are also big fans of the bbq chicken. This time we got a couple from the handcrafted speciality menu: Bbq chicken bacon- bbq sauce, grilled chicken, bacon and onions Garden Fresh- green peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, and Roma tomatoes. Ordered 4 pizzas which came out pretty fast within 10 mi of ordering. Fast and friendly service. The pizzas were alright. There were minimal toppings and some of the flavours were not even palatable. I couldn't tell there was lemon garlic shrimp in one pizza and the Philly cheese steak had hardly any meat so it just tasted like a cheese pizza. Although the butter chicken pizza was by far the best out of all 4. They all were dry and had minimal cheese and toppings and it was mostly sesame seed crust... The uniqueness of this place is the crust has sesame seeds baked on which gives it a unique flavour which actually tasted good. Overall. Seemed pretty decent in offerings for pizza. But it was a bit too dry for me to come back again. Alright if you want to try different toppings which are not available at most other places.

He made sure we got the most bang for our buck but also accommodating everyone needs! Not an easy thing! We ordered the meat pizza, ham and pineapple, vegetarian, and a make your own. The pizza came with so much cheese and toppings! The crust was not soggy and held its weight. The vegetarian was packed with fresh, crisp vegetables and paired well with their garlic dip! Everyone enjoyed their wings as well. So many options besides pizza which I really appreciate. Definitely a nice pizza option. Very affordable and came fast and HOT!!

The tomatoes were a crunchy yellow color, except for one piece of tomato which was the normal red and normal ripe texture. It's very strange to see yellow crunchy toppings when you're expecting to see red tomatoes. Have to say it the look of the pizza and different texture and color of tomatoes turned me off. Hope it doesn't happen again, if I even order from them again.

Then they said that I swore at them, when I didn't (the cook lied), and THEY had auto charged me an 18% on top for a tip AFTER I had already approved a misrepresented total price, which only showed up on my receipt after I had tapped my credit card to pay the misrepresented total! A RIP OFF! They definitely DID NOT DESERVE that tip and since when do I not get a choice about giving a tip? !!
