Food was good but I am only giving a three stars because of a few annoying things - I sent a message to them on their website a week in advance, hoping to make a reservation. No reply. It turned out that they do not take reservations, but still, a reply would have been nice - Food took FOREVER. I get it, a small restaurant and hence a small kitchen. But it shouldnt take over 20 mins to cook some dumplings. - waitress didnt know the menu? ("I dont' really know what is it, as it's the first day on the menu"). Not cool. - Tables are pretty close to one another, I didnt like how you cant help but to overhear others' conversation and vice versa. Dumplings were pretty decent ,so was the beef curry - meat was sooo tender + grilled yummy roti ! I would recommend this place if you are around the area, but if not, dont bother :)

The dumpling flavours are unique and worthy of a try (I loved the snowpea and crab and the prawn and scallop). I also highly recommend the Lamb Shank Massaman, the flavours were rich and perfect on a Winter's night. You cannot book at this restaurant so I suggest you head there early as it's quite small and every table was taken the whole time we were there. Prices are also very reasonable considering the service and quality of food was so good. Will definitely be returning to try more dumplings!

It's really literal (like a lot of Australian places)...kind of like General Pants Company, BWS, Chinese Noodle Restaurant, but in the same vein of those places, the name belies how good the place is. The food is on point!!!! Wanted to grab a bite after catching Vivid Sydney from across the Harbour and was pleasantly surprised by this joint. Good decor, friendly service, and a huge variety of tasty dishes. If you come on Monday-Tuesday it's $10 for all tapas, provided cash only...and they do yum cha too. Ordered an oyster shot, pork belly pancakes, seaweed salad, roasted eggplant, lamb ribs, and pork cutlet for roughly $70...pretty good deal to get stuffed. The standouts were the pork belly pancakes, the lamb ribs, and the eggplant. I'll be back the next time I'm in Kirribilli to try their other dishes...but seriously try those pork belly pancakes.

I asked how it mattered - was strand action fee or something?? - but was just repeatedly told we'd have to pay $12 a plate to pay by credit card. Didn't make sense. It would have been nice to know that when booking rather than trying to scrap $150 cash together at the end of the meal. Lost one star in my book.

Solid 3.5 stars for this establishment in the trendy Cammeray strip. Selected by my sister, to…read morecelebrate the 16th birthday of her youngest, a group of six of us headed down to taste the Asian Fusion delights on offer. The establishment is a long rectangular space, with the partially open kitchen adjacent to the bar down one side and a lovely feature brick wall with fake topiaries down the opposite side. There is also a larger, more quiet dining area at the rear. Note: there is rear access via the car park - handy on a rainy night! The service was pretty good and there were even moments of brilliance - such as when the rather handsome chap I am guessing is the proprietor, or at least someone with oodles of experience in the industry suggested, without prompting, would we like equal servings of six pieces of the selections we had made that were numbered less on the menu. Yes please! I explained to this rather accommodating chap that onion products and I are not the greatest of friends (I have a severe intolerance) and could he request that nothing with onion added through to serve, such as a spring onion garnish, or raw onion through the salads etc be omitted. He accepted the suggestion with ease, ensuring he would write it on the order notice in large letters. Alas, as is common, the request was overlooked and the first dish appeared with pickled onion throughout the salad. But no matter, it was a terrific dish, said the others. I did not make a fuss, and nor do I mean to do so now. First world problems, huh? Like I said, it's happened before, I am sure it will happen again. We had a lovely selection of dishes from the red duck curry (terrific) to the pad see ew, with a chargrilled chicken skewer, crispy pork belly and a couple of serves of the dumplings along the way. They were all delicious and presented prettily, but not pretty enough that you didn't want to eat them. Food, get in my mouth! The only other point of service I might note was the waitresses' keenness to clear the dinner plates from one end of the table, whilst there was still food available and others eating at the other end. Tut tut, hands off! If you are ok with raised volume in a busy restaurant (it was noisy in there) and you'd like some free parking out the back [at night], some decent service with a sufficient bar selection and a gaze at a very handsome man who runs the place, oh, and some terrific tasting food, then by all means, I would recommend Infuzions. Even if it is deliberately misspelled.

This is the North Shore dammit, we don't go in for these kind of progressive shenanigans. Nah just joshing I love that these guys are mixing things up and trying out something unexpected to give us sheltered Shore-ites a taste of summat different. We need a catalyst to shock us out of our super-suburban torpor. Is this it? Could be. We were the first ones in the door at 11am and had the whole place to ourselves. I dig wood furnishings more than I can tell you and this place would really sing at night with warm lighting and warm wood but it was a little lost at that time of day . . . felt like eating in a night-time restaurant at day-time, if that makes sense. It probably doesn't. I haven't had a coffee yet, so . . . The dead pick of the yum cha menu are the giant juicy prawns sat atop a bed of sweet shredded coconut on crisp green betel leaves drizzled with a sweet brown sauce (I want to say tamarind . . . ?). Stunning, and presented beautifully. Pick of the dumpers were the scallop and prawn. Gonna come back and try the Thai menu proper, some of the dishes looked rad, and very reasonably priced. I like reasonably priced. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

We opted for the "deluxe feed me" which is a chefs tasting menu. Everything we had was good but the standouts for me were kingfish sashimi (so, so, so delicious) and watermelon sashimi. You can opt for choosing the chef's set which is a predetermined menu, or order a la carte to create your own spread. We selected six items that appealed most to us which was the perfect amount for everyone in our group of four to get a taste of it all. + CORN RIBS (A$20): This fully vegetarian item was surprisingly my favorite of the evening. Ears of corn were cut vertically through the cob, creating spears that you could eat like ribs to bite off the kernels. The "ribs" were coated in caramelized miso butter and rolled in furikake. The corn was naturally sweet while the butter added a savory umami punch. This is my new favorite way to eat corn! + CHICKEN KARAAGE (A$20): Lightly battered pieces of chicken were meaty, tender and piping hot. The exterior was delightfully crispy and a sweet gochujang dipping sauce gave it a bit of heat and extra flavor. + WAGYU MB9 SKEWERS (A$28): Each skewer had four cubes of beef grilled and glazed in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The meat had a good char to it, but a few pieces were a bit chewy and fibrous, making them a little tough to bite. While I enjoyed the flavor, I was expecting the beef to be more tender, so I was a little disappointed with the quality. + EGGPLANT DENGAKU (A$26): Half an eggplant came with a sweet soy-based sauce and topped with sour cream, wild rice furikake and almonds. I personally didn't like the sour cream on top since it was quite heavy and overwhelming after we spread it across the eggplant. The texture was creamy and mushy, except for the sprinkles of crunch from the toppings. I normally love eggplant, but didn't care for this dish as a whole. + SCALLOPS (A$22): A grilled scallop was placed on a small disk of potato mochi, and two pieces came in one order. The scallop itself was smooth and tender but it did have a bit of fishiness to it. Other than that, this didn't have much flavor, so I personally would skip it. + GRILLED MOCHI (A$12): A creative plate of grilled mochi squares topped with crumbles of chicken skin furikake and a dusting of curry spice. The mochi had a nice chew to it and the salty chicken skin excited my palette while the curry added some warmth. I've never had anything like this before so it was quite unique. Overall, I enjoyed my meal here and it was fun to try so many diverse dishes. Just be aware that some of their small plates come with just two servings (in our case, the skewers, mochi and scallops), so you may need to multiply your order to accommodate your table. I appreciated the friendly and quick service. We were seated immediately at 6:00P on a Wednesday and with this restaurant being located in the CBD, it got busier as people ended their workday. The staff was friendly, greeted us promptly and was attentive to our empty dishes and filling our waters. While I didn't love everything we ordered, I recommend trying Kid Kyoto since the environment is perfect for a night out to unwind after work, or with friends on the weekend. If you're up for shareable plates perhaps with a drink, this is the place for you.
