    Awful people work here. Scammers. Sell wrong parts. Very rude. Never come here. I hope they will get bankrupt soon

    They're awesome! Very friendly staff. They did everything on time. Nice to deal with them. Highly recommended!

It's been years since I visited an Autozone but they had batteries in stock and Carlos was the person who helped me. I ended up with a low-mid level Duralast battery which was fine, but this is a car that was just given to me and I needed a quick change, I was totally unprepared and left stranded so I appreciate his willingness to help. My last experience another location there was an employee who actually assisted me in changing the battery which was very professional and saved me the time. When I asked if he could help me put it on Carlos was more than willing to help, but the manager on duty or supervisor said no. There were three people there at the front and the wasn't a line. His reason for saying no? Not because they don't do this I found out, but that he left to go on break right after he told him not to do it. He said to offer him a tool. How unprofessional. If you have the staff and this is something they offer to help the customer by all means let your employee assist. There are many people who have disabilities that aren't shown and some people, regardless of age have never changed a battery or tire, and you don't know what kind of situation they could be in and remember why they chose your store to begin with. Carlos helped me check the old and new battery and he assisted me in getting a refund for the core, which I am grateful for. If he sticks around my advice is don't be like your boss, you want people to know that you are there to help and that you are empathetic to their needs. It's not just another profit making business. So thank you Carlos for your kindness.

Wasted time going back and forth with the workers at the location getting hit with excuses for them to do their job making it difficult. Will be checking in tomorrow to speak with manager.

They had two in stock of what I wanted and they let me check out/choose which one I preferred. Staff was nice. Didn't interact with them much, but they were quick and professional.

    Great prices. Bad communication. I needed a new starter for my Santa Fe. They said they didn't have…read moreit, but have me the number to another place that did and I could have the part ordered and sent to this place. So I ordered it, they took my name and number & said they would call when ready. I call at 4:30 next day, they say it's not here. I said the part was coming from another place they recommended and they looked and it was there but they were closing at 5. So I go the next morning, guy at the window insists they don't have it. I ask him politely why they would tell me on the phone they have it, but now they don't. The gut stats to get angry and says "I don't know what to f---n tell you..if it says we don't have it we don't have it!!" I'm like..ok....he takes a call. I regain my thoughts and tell him after, look I'm not trying to give you a hard time, but if you're looking in the computer it's not going to be there, because i called and another place that you guys gave me their number, was going to send u the part and yesterday a i called at 4:30 and someone said it was here. The guy says "well if u talked to so and so, he's not here right now." At this point I almost gave up but luckily another younger guy was there who realized what it was about stepped in and asked me if it was for the Santa Fe. The part, and order form was in the shelf the entire time. Then the first guy rambles on, well that's a different story...you if it was coming from somewhere else now........ I paid and left. My advice to the manager if they have one, have your employees get a little more organized and be a bit more courteous to customers. I'd go back again, if it wasn't for being cursed at for no reason or fault of mine.
