I requested my 1:00pm shot and was told there'd be NO shot as the only shot giving immunologist was leaving at 1:00pm, and the schedule was "out of her control". True to their word, I received a text notification on the expected date that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, a kind woman at the register assisted me. Since I'd never used the medication in gel form before, I asked for a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist's instructions were clear and thorough, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Plus, it's conveniently located between my home and work, which is a huge bonus!

Offering a same-day delivery option but only delivering the item the following day is misleading and frustrating. Based on this experience, I would recommend ordering online and opting for in-store pickup instead, as it seems to be a more reliable option
