Those who call get moved up in line. Today, after being given a date for yesterday pickup, I called and was on hold for 28 minutes. I hung up and tried again in an hour. That time I was lucky enough to be able to leave a message requesting it be filled today. When I went through the drive through, sat for 12 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Gave up, parked and went inside. They were just refilling it as I waited. This used to be a much better place, gotten too busy and can't handle it. Something needs to change.

I don't always necessarily find what I need, but the employees are always so helpful and kind. Tina was my cashier today, who was a great conversationalist and wished me good morning as I entered the store. This place is Maricopa's best kept secret, so if you need something small that you don't want to go to Walmart for, it might cost you a few extra dollars, but it's worth the trip. And they still have the rewards program as well as paperless receipts sent straight to your email with an itemized list and photo, so you know exactly what you got and in what quantity.

There was only 1 person processing returns. The manager, Roseann, refused to relieve the backlog of people waiting on line By waiting on people herself. She never offered an explanation as to why there was only one person in Customer Service nor did she offer to find another employee. She never apologized for the long wait imposed on customers. She rudely walked away from everyone waiting on line to be processed by Customer Service. Additionally, the store POORLY places the large Gatorade bottles on the top shelves. I have to stand on a lower rung of the shelving to get the large Gatorade bottles from the top shelf. The top shelf is over 5 feet high. I have taken a picture of the placement of this large item on a shelf over 5 feet high. If the shelving falls. IF I fall while trying to get this item. My family will be suing Walmart corporation. Asking Customer Service why they place this on a top shelf. The answer is this is where Corporate tells us to place the item. Shame on WAL-MART For their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I hung up and called again. After 10 min, I hear, "Can you hold?" This time I waited close to 25min. UNBELIEVABLE! So I called again that evening. Automated voice said it would be available Thurs after 5pm. I called this morning (Fri) and waited AGAIN on hold 10 min to hear "Can you hold please?" FINALLY a tech told me it'll be ready after 5pm today. I told her it was supposed to be ready yesterday after 5. Silence. The staff at Walmart Pharmacy in Maricopa are unprofessional, inexperienced and they need to grow up. Just look at their rating. The worst!
