This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is a children's playground (as the sign says) situated behind fields 2, 3 and 4. On tournament weekends it is full of kids running around and playing games while their siblings and friends play in baseball games on the fields. Prior to some recent storms there was a net over the top of this playground as foul balls rain on it from the adjacent fields. There is no "foul ball warning" sign and one of these days one of those balls is going to seriously injure a child. Baseball USA recently replaced all of the canopies over the field bleachers that were also ripped off during recent storms, but the net has not been replaced. I hope it happens soon before some child gets hurt! It is amazingly negligent for the owners to identify this area as a children's playground while not providing any protection. read more

Was there this past weekend for a tournament. I paid $10.00 to get into the park and there were no parking spots free. I drove back out and asked for my money back, but was told it was an entrance fee and that I could park at the Christian school next-door. I did and it was quite a walk away from the park. I found out that many people were in the same situation not being able to find a parking spot. To me the workers should know how many people go in and how many come out and how many parking spots they have before they let people in and make them pay $10 per adult in your car and then you can't find a parking spot. It's robbery to me. Also, I couldn't stand the teams that had the train horns and obnoxiously loud music and loud bells. My grandson even told me that it was bothering him while he played. They were only a couple teams that did this, but it was annoying as can be. I think there should be a rule that teams cannot bring these kind of noisemakers. Also, the place had all kinds of trash all over the place. I know people can be pigs. But I think a cleaning crew should pick up at night. I saw the same trash on Friday still there on Sunday. On a positive note the bathrooms are very clean and the concession stands are run very smoothly. read more

Stop the other teams from blasting the music boxes through the entire complex that should be a limit as to how loud they can play the music sitting at a game and we can't even watch our own game because theses people are blasting there hideous music .. do something about it. We all deserve to watch the game in peace !!! read more

Baseball USA says is a not for profit and it is showing in the lack of maintenance the facility is receiving. Parking is an absolute nightmare, they charge $10.00 per person admission (no more Senior Citizen discount) even if you have to park outside and walk in. Scoreboards do not work, natural turf fields need hours of maintenance they do not receive. Umpires are horrible and do not provide consistent calls some even do not have protective gear and flinch more than the players do. If it was not that our grandson was playing and we fully support the team would we go. I think that is what they bank on. read more

The fields are nice and well maintained. Only problem is the limited amount of parking.

This place is awful, especially field 9. It's a goat track. I can't believe with all the money this place generates they can't fix this ankle breaker. Our team will never play here again. read more

Great place for playing baseball, lots of parking and lots of fields. Plus concessions with typical burgers, fries, chicken strips and snow cones!!! My only complaint is some bleachers are only partially shaded and it gets really hot! read more

Concession stan is poorly run. You would think with this many customers they would care enough to do it right.

They charge to enter and park. And good luck trying to get a hold of them on the phone.

The set up of the fields is nice and fields aren't too bad. But they never use the scoreboards. For the amount each team pays for a tourney, they should have the scoreboards up and running. Concessions has a nice variety, but overpriced and not kept up well. read more

Used to be best place to play in Texas. Since Marucci signed lease they have let the facility go down the drain. Horrible landscaping, never water down infields or take mounds between games anymore. Black mold all over limestone on bathroom adjacent to field 1. Bathrooms are filthy and never have soap or paper towels to dry hands. Rarely have cheap toilet paper. Field lights are burned out and pointed everywhere but fields creating shadows that are dangerous for fielders and hitters. Cars get broken into since no security for a "top venue", well allegedly. Lastly fields are full of weeds and turf fields have tears all over. Instead of turning a profit how about reinvesting?? read more

Facilities are nice, and location is central, but the umpiring is consistently HORRIBLE. Like...bad!!! What's worse than horrible? Atrocious? Yeah. Atrocious will do. Do they hire officials that have ever even watched baseball? They never seem to know the rules in tough situations, and the strike zone moves with every pitch. Our team never had officiating issues - unless we're playing here. Do yourself a favor and book your tournaments elsewhere for half the price and twice the competency. read more

Very dissapointed with. Baseball USA. The grass field don"t drain when it rains and no attention is paid to maintain it. Teams ate moved to other fields in better shape delaying teams playing later. Score boards dont work. Bathrooms are filthy. Wish they were a lot more like Premiere or the Scrap yard.They have a nerve to charge for for parking. read more

This facility is currently hosting the State Championship for Elite/Premier Baseball and the fields were ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE for the players! The pitchers had to stand on broken concrete because half of the rubber was missing on the mound. When the coaches AND the umpires asked if the rubber could be replaced they were told by the facility Director 'if you don't want to play on this mound, then you forfeit'. What kind of facility charges $450 per team plus $10 for parking and they can't even provide a safe environment for our boys to play? Shame on you!!! read more

I wish I had anything good to say about this place. The first issue, the sign is SMALL and by the time you see it, you have pass it. Secons, $5 per person just to get in to sit down on the broken bleachers? For what? I assume the $5 per person is to maintain the facilities, but what kind of maintenance are they giving if the bleachers are all broken? You are not allowed to have chairs in the bleachers areas, again, you have to sit where, on the broken bleachers? The place stinks(literally) and it is not very clean. The fields are OK, but no better than any little league field in town and I don't have to pay $5 to sit down on run down bleachers. And remember, this is PER PERSON, so if you child is there in a tournament(which already charged you over $300 to start) you still have to pay $5 per person every time you leave and come back. NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES. Or at least that's what we were told by the 3 teenage girls that are at the entrance. NO ADULT IN SIGHT TO EVEN ANSWER QUESTIONS. They do not answer the phone, do not answer emails, and in the meantime you still have to pay again and again. The parking is not that big and there is no parking around the area either. During the time of tournaments the line to get in is over 1 mile long and again, no signs that point to the line, except when you get to the entrance and noticed that you should have gotten on that line 1 mile back. But of course, how are those teenagers that are not even old enough to drive going to do all that. That place is absolutely a money hungry place and the money is not going back in. This was our first time there and I can assure you it will be our last. Next time, we will pass on the tournament if it is taking place there. I love baseball, and I love seeing my kid in action, but not paying so much for a run down facility. read more

Not what it used to be, for sure. The fields seem as though the staff decided that once they put down artificial turf, they no longer needed to be maintained. Very disappointing, and not good for the Marucci name. read more
