I could say so many great things about BASE but one thing I can say for sure is that Mandi & Allie are the ONLY people I will ever allow to touch my hair. I trust them with their very careful process of making sure I am not damaging my hair through how blond I keep asking for them to make me and they take their time to make sure that their clients are not only happy and satisfied with their hair but RAVING about their results. Khrystyna's eyelash extensions are such an amazing addition to BASE hair studio bringing natural lashes to great lengths - one thing I cannot stand at regular salons is the amount of noise with a million other people surrounding you with their pounding music and at BASE you feel relaxed and comfortable. Being on such a tight budget nothing could be more perfect than their $20 blowouts from Allie for all the events during this holiday season couldn't be more of a gift!!! Love you guys for all that you have done for my hair 5+++++ stars read more

This place is now my go-to for all of my hair and makeup needs! The girls there are very professional and work with you to create your desired look. I had Khrystyna do my hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding and couldn't have been more impressed and in love with the results. About a week before the wedding she also did my lash extensions which I was hesitant about but she quickly calmed my nerves by explaining everything. After I had them done I was so glad that I did it, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! She also did the makeup for my daughter and her bridal party and did an exceptional job on all of the ladies. We were definitely satisfied with the results and certainly will be back again for our next event. read more

I have been seeing Mandi and Allie for over three years for cut, color, and styling. I have recommended them to anyone who will listen! Those who have taken my recommendation are equally as thrilled as I am with the skill, consistency, and professionalism of these two. Their range is also unreal. I've never had a hair stylist who does red as well as them (not an easy task) but they have been just as good at taking me blonde, dark, and even pink! No matter what I'm looking to have done, they always nail it. This is super impressive because I'm hair illiterate, but somehow they always get it -and execute it perfectly. They're the best of the best. read more

I have always wanted to transition towards a bolder blonde balayage, but no one could ever quite execute it exactly how I wanted. Mandi was referred to me from a friend, and since my first appointment with her a couple years ago she has always exceeded all my expectations! Now each time I go, I fully trust her to do whatever she thinks will look best! Mandi and Khrystyna are so kind and welcoming and both excellent in what they do. I relocated from Chicago last year and was REALLY nervous about finding a new hair colorist and stylist after having gone to the same guy for 7 years. My friend recommended Mandi to me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I wasn't looking to make any changes to my cut or color routine (my hair is on the longer side with highlights, lowlights and I also like to get a glaze), and she was able to perfectly match my color on the first visit!
