RUN AWAY...Please don't let these manipulative, compulsive lying, bad actors fool you into giving them your business....if you see several 5 star reviews and a horrible one like mine...focus on it..it's like having a fresh glass of milk with one dead fly...would you drink it?? My review should be a huge RED flag!! They lied to me about timeliness, being accredited with BBB, cost, a 8X12 Bathroom renovation with an initial quote of 27K ended up costing over 49K paid to this crooked contractor who left without completing the Job!! This is just the beginning...I am going to do my part to protect other innocent gullible consumers...in addition to the cost mentioned above I incurred additional costs due to the damage they caused during the process...two days ago the large 36 X 48 heavy LED mirror they supposedly installed fell while I was in the bathroom shaving...my being there when it happened was a miracle...I was able to keep it from landing on the floor which would have been a far greater disaster...I will make it my life's goal to slowly but surely bring this contactor to justice one step at a time no matter what the cost is...he is not to be trusted...RUN away from him if he shows up at your door! Left the shower undone without the glass enclosure walked away...I had to get another vendor to complete the job...electrical outlet left exposed etc. They initially mounted the glass enclosure...had to take it down 3 times !!! Kept leaking ..failed the city inspection..then finally abandoned the job and left without the shower having a glass enclosure!!!!!!!! This guy is a crook!! By writing this review I am forcing him to change his ways ..he does not have a choice but to amend his practices lest someone else posts a similar review read more

We recently wrapped up a full bathroom remodel with Basad builders and while it definitely wasn't an "easy" process, it was absolutely worth it. Remodeling always comes with a few hiccups, but what made the difference for us was how Ziv handled everything calmly, professionally, and with total commitment to getting things right. From the start, Ziv listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us refine our ideas into something even better. There were moments of delay and a few unexpected issues behind the walls (old plumbing, of course!), but the team was super professional, clean and proactive in finding solutions and keeping us informed. Some workers from this company were digging in my front yard and must have cut my internet cable in…read morethe process. As soon as I logged off work my internet went out. I have been on the phone with AT&T trying to get a tech out here but it seems like they are having issues on their end with even scheduling someone. If you are going to send people out here to dig at least make sure they are competent and are aware that there are cable lines that are buried underground that they should be aware of. Fortunately I'm off work the next 2 days or this could have gone so differently.

I contacted Cesar from Top Notch Gutters to give me an estimate to solve my problem. I had every expectation that I would be paying for all new gutters. Well, I was wrong. Cesar climbed 30 feet up his ladder, was able to clean some debris out of the gutters, and adjusted them so that water flowed toward the downspout rather than toward the house. He clearly has a high understanding of how to work with guttering. He easily saved me several thousand dollars. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with his work.
