Mulch & More…read moregenerously donated 6 cubic yards of mulch for a landscaping project at the Sanctuary on 8th Street that transformed its grounds from an eyesore to something beautiful for the children that go there. Mulch & More delivered the mulch right on time on short notice and the driver was very skillful in dropping it right where it was needed. Over the past year, after upgrading several pieces of equipment, the experience has gone downhill fast. Staff have been inconsistent and often uninformed about warranties, have failed to honor or properly handle warranty claims, and turnaround times have been unacceptable. Equipment has come back late, not fixed correctly, or in worse condition than when it was dropped off. "Well, you can bring it back," is not acceptable when you rely on your equipment to make a living. I've only purchased Shindaiwa and Echo products through them, so maybe the manufacturers share some responsibility, but customer service and accountability still matter. I'm honestly shocked at how little regard has been shown to loyal, long-term customers. At this point, I can't recommend Tools for a Time to other professionals who depend on reliable equipment and timely service.

So now we have a very uneven yard where water puddles and gates that are difficult to open even though they came back to fix. We have what Nate Budd said was bahia grass and we should go to Tractor Supply and purchase weed killer to spray the bahia and it should work. Exactly what does it mean "We will remove all the old grass???" We live on a fixed income and are not able to maintain a difficult lawn is why we paid this amount of money for Sod Lot to take care of it but here we go again having to spray weeds. Our approximately $200 a month water bill to maintain the Provista just grows the weeds. So save your money.
