Under a previous business name, Rushing renovated my bathroom with disastrous results. A job that…read morewas supposed to take a week dragged on for 29 days. Drywall tape marked "this side faces wall" was installed incorrectly, so it peeled off the wall after a few months. My expensive shower enclosure was melted when Reggie used a heat gun to speed the drying of the drywall mud. The shower plumbing was done incorrectly, so I had to hire a plumber and cut open the brand new wall. The wrong size window was shimmed into place using interior grade pine. The flooring was installed incorrectly (LVP, which Reggie lined up like square tiles instead of staggering the planks) and had to be torn up and redone, so the pieces don't line up correctly and the warranty was invalidated. When everything was said and done, Rushing sued me. (The case was tossed out of court, since I had ample evidence of clownish incompetence.) After my experience, I'll always do a Google mugshot search before letting any contractors into my house. Could have prevented myself a lot of grief and wasted money.

Hiring Rushing Solutions Logistics was the "WORST" mistake we every made for renovation of our…read morehouse!!! He is very disrespectful to time and people's property. He lied and told us he had of a team of people, and it was no one but himself... It took him almost 2 MONTHS to paint our cabinets and put-up backsplash. WHY? This is what happens when you and give a person a chance... Here is a list of issues when it comes to Rushing Solutions: 1. He lied about having a TEAM! 2. He lied about the ability to paint cabinets correctly as I have paint bubbles in my cabinet doors which you can clear see!!! 3. He removed the doors and tried to paint them at his house, and it did not work. Brought my doors back looking horrible. 4. Normally companies take off the doors and paint. He put the doors back on and started painting leaving paint inside my cabinets and all over my hinges. 5. He NEVER PREPPED my floor CORRECTLY before he started painting and when it was time to clean up. There was PAINT all in my hardwood floor and it would not come out, so I had to get the ENTIRE redone!!!! 6. He got paint ALL OVER MY WALLS. He was supposed to only paint the cabinets... 7. He got paint ALL OVER my blinds... 8. He got paint ALL OVER my dishwasher, which need to be replaced as he tried to clean it and removed the finishing off the dishwasher!!! 9. He got paint ALL OVER my microwave!!! 10. He got paint ALL OVER my refrigerator!!! 10. Used my TUB to wash off his tools and leaving debris in my TUB!!! 11. He does not communicate properly and under the impression everyone is on his time... 12. He used one of bucket I use to clean my car without my permission to assist with his work. 13. He also left paint ALL OVER the side of my house and windows. 14. Left my job early because another contract become available and did not come back for days!!! I HAVE SUPPORTING PICTURES OF EVERTHING I HAVE LISTED, JUST IN CASE ANYONE NEEDS PROOF!!! In closing, hire a REAL COMPANY with a REPUTATION that has something to lose as I really don't want anyone to experience what we did by trying to support someone's business when I myself should have known better. This guy is a LIAR, GHETTO, MESSY, INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLS TIME AND RUDE! Request License and Bond information as more than likely he does not have it...

I encountered issues with Northside Remodeling during a basement renovation. I learned they had…read morehandled the permit application for our renovation without our knowledge or approval. They named themselves as the contractor on our permit without us contracting with them. After reaching out to the county for a copy of the application, I discovered that details were added to our form after my signature, without any notification to me. Not only was I surprised to see Northside Remodeling and Willie Middleton's name on the permit & application, I was extremely surprised to find my signature on a document I didn't fill out. This unexpected change left me feeling very uneasy, questioning the level of honesty with this business. The basement project itself was rife with issues - rough-in plumbing done incorrectly, window egress not installed to code, framing not complete or installed correctly. In Georgia, the licensed contractor on the permit is accountable and responsible for the work to be done to code. We have since had to hire a new contractor and pay additional money to fix these errors. It wasn't the smooth experience I hoped for, and I personally would want to find a company that emphasizes clear and upfront communication.

Matrix Building Contractors (Wesley) did an amazing job on completing our unfinished basement. He…read morehad a vision in mind after seeing our basement, walked us through his ideas, got together a floor plan, and worked closely with us to make adjustments and customizations where possible. After we made our decisions, he worked with engineers, plumbers, electricians, etc. to get everything together. There were a lot of check ins along the way to make sure we were on the same page. He explained all our customization options to us and provided recommendations. Could not have asked for a better contractor, especially while all of the work was done during COVID which meant facing a lot of random supply shortages and some last minute changes. Our basement has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a kitchen, 2 living areas, and multiple closets and storage rooms. This has been a great addition to our home and we're so happy with the work. Highly recommend!
