The owner is very nice and answered all of our questions very fast. However, we were sent two bartenders that were not professional and on our invoice we only had one bartender listed. I hired them for my wedding and they showed up an hour late so they couldn't even set up properly. The bar area looked like a mess. They were supposed to be there from 2:30pm-9:30pm and got there at about 3:30pm. They said that they were going to leave at 9:30pm but I lost an hour of service because they were late and when I mentioned that they said they'd stay for a little longer. When they got here they dropped their lemons on the street and left them there. One of the bartenders took two lemons off the tree from the property because they dropped theirs. I didn't get all the garnishes that were included in the invoice. I didn't get a menu as promised in the invoice. They didn't provide enough water and didn't label the mocktail. They left the area they were in an absolute mess and didn't bother cleaning up. They didn't bring metal buckets as it said on the invoice but did bring a cooler. One of the bartenders was slightly rude. They also dumped ice in the plants throughout the property instead of discarding it in the sink. read more

Just a guest where this service was used and all I can recommend is using gloves while prepping fruit and using proper tools to pass fruit for garnishing. Beyond that service was okay and friendly read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is certainly an unprofessional "ma & pa" company and the owner got incredibly defensive, rude and unprofessional when we asked basic questions about the contract. And those basic questions ended up being important on the day of becuase they were not prepared at all. I would suggest doing a little more research, we did not, we just looked at pricing - but wish we would have done more researching and pricing out of bar vendors and vetting. Had the pleasure of attending an event where bartinis was mixing up the drinks. It was definitely the most creative drink service and the bartender was amazing. She was fun, friendly and went above and beyond to make creative cocktails for the guests. She even made fun, yummy creative drinks for the kids. Had a 150 person wedding and MAN Tracy and her team did not disappoint. At the last minute, the venue claimed they had guidelines around what types of drinks could be served, something no one was informed of prior to... but Tracy took it in stride, and made it work with ease. Our friends and family cannot stop raving about her personality, professionalism, and delicious drinks! We will definitely be passing her info (which has already been requested by friends/family planning events in the future) and will be sure to return to her for our next function. One of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I've worked with to date. Tracy, is unorganized, cannot handle high stress situations and when confronted, did not apologize and said the entire wedding party she served was lying as well. Stating she "carded everyone" then backpedaled and said the "few girls she did card needed to run to their cars to get their ID". Her son, who was even worse, was complaining the entire night. I witnessed him answer the phone during the bride and grooms nuptials (we were in a close contact venue and he was within 20 feet of the bride and groom) speaking badly of the bride and groom to guests, and even said he was miserable. While the bride apologized on her end for things beyond her control and the things she was not able to perfectly execute on her WEDDING DAY, Tracy gaslit her and could not take responsibility where it was due. It's sad to say the least that she cannot hold herself accountable and it speaks volumes on behalf of her business. Would not recommend. read more

Tracy is incredible!!! We hired her for our welcome drinks on the night before our wedding and she did a phenomenal job. From helping us decide on signature drinks, to making beverage list signs for us, to buying and bringing all the supplies, to making delicious drinks and shots!! Our friends and family have been raving about her drinks and her fun personality! Hiring Tracy was the best decision we could have made, she took the stress off of us and handled everything and the night turned out perfect and most of all everyone had a lot of fun. BEWARE!!!! I agree with many others- ZERO stars is more appropriate! We had a flawless wedding with the exception of this single vendor. First, they called the groom the day before the wedding and said cups were not included. He sent back a screenshot of their text showing that they had included cups and even detailed the sizes they would bring... NOPE! So she wanted more money the day before the wedding! They were rude to our guests, the wedding coordinator had nothing positive to say about them, we said NO shots, and they poured shots for the guests against our specific wishes of not wanting a drunk crowd! They drank alcohol with our guests- our alcohol that we provided! They bitched to our guests, the mother of the groom, and our wedding coordinator about the cups we provided. They did not bring EVEN enough ice so we had to buy A TON of ice... even though that was told to us that it would be included. They put buckets of WARM soda out for our guests! We had to get them on ice ourselves.They told the guests there was no more beer and we ended up with hundreds of cans leftover!!!! LIARS!!! VERY unprofessional, talked trash to the guests, yelled to a guest they weren't ready and all she was trying to do was read the menu! And then they loaded up their car acting all shady- taking our alcohol, pitchers, cups and napkins we provided and off they went. read more
