Bartenders Unlimited joined our wedding late in the process and really came through in the clutch. Both myself and my husband spent many years working in bars and restaurants, so the bar and food were especially important to us and we had a complex bar setup. Tasha was able to understand our needs and the vision of the bar, communicate that to her team, and put her team in position to really crush it at our wedding. The bar team was fun, approachable, and professional, and executed the vision perfectly. We had a special pre-ceremony cocktail, a post-ceremony cocktail hour, specialty cocktail menu, and even a reserved bourbon bar with bottles from the groom's private collection. All of it went off without a hitch and was a highlight for our guests! And they came in and handled their business before and after the wedding like pros. As seasoned hospitality veterans, we recommend Bartenders Unlimited and Tasha to everyone! read more

The bartenders were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and so much fun to work with. Everyone loved the drinks, and the team helped keep everything running perfectly all night. Dae Dae and the whole crew were on time, organized, and brought such great energy to the evening. We truly appreciate your partnership and the care you put into making the event such a success. Thank you again for everything. We can't wait to work with you all again. read more

Tasha, I just want to express my appreciation for your help and everyone associated with Bartenders Unlimited. From the time Amy arrived and we sorted things out, things actually went perfect. We didn't get the toast until way later but Amy helped with that too. The bartenders and all staff were excellent. I did not drink much myself but did start with a delicious Vodka martini that was very smooth. Rarely was there more than a person or two backed up waiting for a drink. I'm sure we didn't drink too much champagne which tasted very good too but I did hear we finished the vodka near the end of the party. Good sign. Thanks again and I love working with honest, competent people. I hope I get the chance again but glad I only have one daughter. haha Please pass this along to any upper management in your organization because I will happily recommend you and the crowd was mainly in that age group where quite of few will be having their own wedding receptions. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Maureen from Knights Catering recommended Bartenders Unlimited. You were great! Tom read more

She has helped me with catering events as large as 1000 people as well as an intimate diner for as little 10. Every experience with her and her team is phenominal! Bruno, Alex, Daydae, Crystal, and Davina, just to name a few of the amazing staff, that she has! Cant wait until the next event! read more

Bartender's Unlimited is one of the best bartending caterers in the Bay Area. As a Bay Area caterer, we have worked with several other bartending companies, but Bartender's Unlimited offers the best price for the overall value of their services. Their customer service is exceptional - from the beginning quote process they are extremely quick & responsive, to pre-event planning in which they will send over names and phone numbers of who will be on-site for their team, then they will circle back to check in post-event. Their pricing is very straightforward - their packages are all-inclusive and there are no hidden fees or additional service charges. When we work with them, we truly feel like we are all on the same team, working together to put on great events for our clients. read more

Bartenders Unlimited was fantastic for our wedding!!! We did an open bar and arranged for 3 bartenders, 2 bar backs, and 2 team members to help bus tables. We are so glad we hired Bartenders Unlimited, extremely affordable for everything you get and the team that worked our wedding was the best! They showed up early, set up perfectly, and were so kind and professional to our guests. Our guests are still talking a week later about how nice the staff members were. They made fantastic drinks and kept the party at a great vibe! Would recommend any day! read more

Bartender's Unlimited did a superb job at keeping us all happy at the Rotunda Hall in San Jose City Hall. As we flowed in post wedding, the bartender strolled in, smiling, asking " Who's ready for a drink?" Shots, mixed drinks, beers, wineswere served quickly and always with a smile. Not a fake one either, the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves. Easily one of the most pleasant bar experiences at a wedding/event I've ever attended. Finally, even though it's open bar, do like GlassJAw says and " Tip Your Bartender". read more

They did a great job for my birthday party. On-time, reliable, honest with top shelf booze.. priced as stated in fact, they even threw in some extras no-charge. Bartender nice, courteous. Best of all, they packed up and took it all away when it was done... No muss no fuss! read more

For Yelp's third annual holiday party (http://www.yelp.com/biz/RWlbmW8NmZe-PKRDjM1Ltw#hrid:QsC9CWVIona-Bh7MCIZXng/query:holiday%20party), we needed to find the best way to present a great bar and drink selection to over 1500 guests. Make that 1500 yelpers. Bartenders Unlimited had come recommended to me so I set up a meeting and was immediately happy with our main contact, Rohnda Malmstrom. Not only was she patient in explaining different options, but she was very enthusiastic in wanting to personalize the event (hence, Yelpnog and Caramel Apple Yelptinis on the menu). On the day of the event, she came in organized and ready to take charge, and her staff of bartenders were just as prepared. Despite huge crowds, I rarely saw anyone waiting too long for a drink, and if you've been to large capacity events like these, you know that is not always the case. The choice of spirits were also top-notch, making the night that more special. At the end of the night, Rohnda and her team did a great job of loading out, taking down tables and leaving the museum looking as good as it did before we all arrived. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend BU for any large scale event you or your company/organization are working on. They made having a good time easy. read more

I am in Public Relations and Event Planning and any help that I can get to make things run smoothly when I have events is a God send. I have worked with Bartenders Unlimited for multiple events and my direct contact has been Maile Trapani for all of them. She has always been so professional, punctual and detail oriented which has made my life a hundred times easier. No matter what last minute details come up Maile and her staff handles all of them efficiently and with a smile. At my last event the staff was ready and willing to run all the way back to their warehouse to get more ice for the party even that was not their responsibility. Everyone who works here seems to honestly enjoy their work and it shows! I would recommend Bartenders Unlimited to anyone and their work speaks for itself!! read more

Bartenders Unlimited provided great service for our Gala in October. They worked with us on our complicated set up. Every request I put out to them all I heard was "Yes, no problem!". I booked with Bartenders Unlimited and Bauer's for my 26th birthday trolley car ride-and let me tell you-it was organized, on time, professional....and a blast!! For what a crazy night it was, BU really kept things organized and calm-in a very professional demeanor-when things could have been complete chaos. I had the pleasure to work with Maile Trapani, she was fabulous! I attend several social events in San Francisco through Macy's, Guardsmen, etc. and I can attest that BU staff is VERY "on it". read more

We called a couple places for bartending services and Maile our consultant at B.U. was phenomenal right from the start; she made things so easy and stressfree for us, and guided us in the most perfect direction for our needs. On the day of the event from set-up to the breakdown the bar staff were exceptionally brilliant at what they do. They handled everything, and my husband and I were so care free with nothing to worry, that we were only able to obtain 1 bartender's name, Jason, but the second one, who was blond was the one that stayed back to the very end. The night couldn't have been a success without them. To top off our wonderful experience, we received a personal follow up call from Maile and a Thank you letter. A classy touch to an awesome experience and an exceptional team. read more

I could not be happier with the bartending service for my graduation party! I had a vision that I wanted for the party (drink menu...flowers in drinks...etc). It was all great from beginning to end. Mary was my point of contact and was great at communicating and accommodating all the changes that I needed to make regarding the amount of guests that were going to come as late as the week before the party. Our bartenders were also so professional and made the most delicious drinks! They were so prompt in picking up all the empty glasses too. Everyone was so excited that we had brought on this service--and it was a hit because of those that came out to help that day!! I will most definitely be using them again and have been recommending them to anyone that may be thinking of needing bartenders for their events! read more

Hands down, the best decision we made for our event. We had a little over 120 people and we wanted an open bar with top-shelf. BU came in and did a phenomenal job. Very easy to work with upfront in getting a quote and our event went off without a hitch. Gordon and the rest of the staff was on-time, professional, efficient and friendly. We also created a custom drinks list and they were able to accommodate us. Before you think of buying your own booze and hiring help from craigslist for your next event, I would give BU a call. read more

OK! So here's the deal. Bartender's Unlimited is the friendliest most professional, classy company I have had an opportunity to work with. We had an event last night at the Cartoon Art Museum for Women in Toys and One Plus Hub Animation Network. Toni (the bartender) got there on time, put herself together quietly and efficiently and was sweet and bubbly the entire evening bringing smiles and joy to everyone who ordered a drink. John the owner was a pleasure to work with and was patient with all of my pre party panicking! What a great company. I highly recommend this company for events big and small. Bartenders Unlimited is the best! I have a catering company and unfortunately I do not have a liquor license, so Bartenders Unlimited came to my rescue!! Not only are they pleasant and professional, but they are far more resonable than their competitor. I would defifintely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I had to give them a 4 star, although I wish I would have been able to give the a 5 star. Due to a slight misunderstanding and mishap I had with them and their service on my order, I had to reduce the scoring to 4. read more

I hired Bartender's Unlimited for a Trolley Tour through San Francisco for a Christmas event. Andrew Zimmer was the event consultant with whom I worked. He was very professional and responsive. We did everything by phone and e-mail and he arranged everything that I requested. Joey Caccam was the bartender and he was super awesome! I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for bartending service, especially on a bus/trolley ride!! read more

Our wedding bartender from Bartenders Unlimited kicked ass. Sadly, I do not recall our bartender's name, but I'll attribute that to the fact that we had an excellent bartender. We needed a licensed and insured bartender for our wedding at the Fort Mason Firehouse last September; we thought hiring a bartender would be difficult, but it was pretty easy. There were some minor issues getting the contract finalized, but Maile fixed everything for us. Definitely use Bartenders Unlimited if you need a professional and skilled person to serve your drinks! read more
