Every detail--from the floral arrangements to the table settings and the overall ambiance--was exactly what we had dreamed of, if not better. Walking into the venue felt magical, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful and cohesive everything looked. What truly set them apart was not just their talent, but the way they went above and beyond for us. They weren't just decorators; they were problem-solvers, collaborators, and calm voices of reassurance on a very busy day. A special thank you to Sunny, who stepped in with last-minute coordination with other vendors when we couldn't be present ourselves. That kind of support gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our day without worry. The team's professionalism, kindness, and dedication made such a difference. We felt they were personally invested in making our wedding special, and it absolutely showed. If you're looking for decorators who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also care deeply about your experience, look no further. They are the best, and we're beyond grateful to them for making our wedding day unforgettable. Truly a dream to work with!!

We had to postpone a year because of Covid, and the extra planning really paid off! My husband and I have attended plenty of weddings, and I've even worked behind the scenes at one or two, and I've never gotten to go to one that ran so smoothly. Everything we planned, all the little details and documentation and extra treats for our guests, it all went off without a hitch! And everybody had such a wonderful time, including us :) Usually at weddings, it seems like the bride & groom don't have time to eat or dance or talk to their guests, but we got to do all three, and have beautiful photos & videos taken with our friends and family and guests, because Kristan scheduled everything out so beautifully. The whole wedding day, my husband and I just kept marveling to each other that everything had gone so well and so smoothly, and how genuinely PERFECT the day was! At the end of the night, she helped us with our exit, and we couldn't stop thanking her for making our night so perfect! We really couldn't have asked for a better partner - the smile on her face made us feel like she was just as happy for us as our own family :) Other than our wedding day, I also have to mention how incredibly stress-free the weeks leading up to the wedding day were! The week of our wedding, I mostly just took my dog to the park and went for hikes with our friends and family who were in town for the wedding. Kristan was cc'ing us on all the confirmation emails to vendors, but to be honest, I barely read them because I knew she had everything in hand haha! She had us make all the major decisions weeks and months ahead of time, so by the time we got to the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, there was nothing left to do but enjoy our time together! She knew exactly what we wanted, and she made it happen!!

I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Kristan's coordination and support. Most of our planning was done remotely and Kristan was able to capitalize on the times when we were able to make it out to California. We had an especially difficult time finding a wedding venue, but Kristan really helped us to figure out what was important to us and she was able to navigate difficult situations with potential venues. Kristan also helped us to find an amazing vendor team and she helped me to articulate my vision. Kristan's vendor relationships and industry contacts really are a testimate to her skill as a planner, because we were able to create a fantastic vendor team full of such kind, and creative people. On the day of the wedding, I was able to really just sit back and let all our wonderful vendors work their magic. As a bride, I wasn't stressed out at all! So much work goes in to planning a wedding, but Kristan navigates all of this with professionalism, clear communication, and efficiancy. I wouldn't change anything about how our wedding turned out and I'll be recommending Cora Bella to all of my California friends who are getting married in the future.

Bride was very stressed out. Pens for the guestbook were not quality checked and did not work. The brides father and brother had to go to the venue to receive and quality check the table and chairs. Things were not set up on time (lots of waiting around for dinner, dancing, bouquet toss). Multiple times during the reception I saw her consulting the bride. Consultation and the plan of the vision are supposed to be established ahead of time. The wedding planner is supposed to take off as much stress from the bride and bridal party. I don't feel the brides best interests were taken into account- the bride made some bad calls and the planner should have stepped in with professional judgement. Guests would have been perfectly happy with 30 minutes of dancing. 1 hour + of dancing is just too much for guests AND the bride was exhausted!!! Several times I saw wedding planner standing around doing nothing or picking up menial things and not prepping for the next event, chitchatting, her assistant was not knowledgeable on the dinner menu. For several of the events I was the one running around -finding the getaway car keys, finding the bouquet, finding people to move things along. She was inept and making the wedding reception flow - guests were frustrated. Even if bride has crazy wishes - yes you want to do what she wishes but not at the expense of a drawn out event that makes guests want to leave.

After my husband's plea for help, she got our friend group together and planned a surprise Baby Sprinkle for me. My husband and I jokingly mentioned to our family & friends our baby was #MadeInHawaii and Jazzie just ran with that as the theme for the sprinkle! From the invitations, to the decorations, to even getting the guests to dress in Aloha-wear, everything was so thoughtfully planned and unique to our personalities. She even found a venue that was 8 minutes away from my home to host the sprinkle... a big plus for having been so pregnant at the time. Afterwards, she sent me a small highlight reel of the event with our guests' well-wishes. I've been to many Jazzie-planned parties for her kids and they are always 100% amazing but having a Jazzie-planned event for myself this was absolutely what I needed to feel celebrated in becoming a first time mom! Long story short, if you want an event that's amazing and personalized to fit YOU, look no further than my girl, Jazzie! She'll get it done.

Look at our picture, it looks beautiful but it doesn't reflect our experience. I'm posting this…read morereview to make sure that no other bride goes through the same experience. When we hired Alicia (more than a year before our wedding) we thought we were getting someone experienced. What we failed to realize is that we would end up with someone burnt out (my MIL noticed right away and only met her once) who just wanted to create a cookie cutter wedding. She has her go-to venue in Napa and also claims she has done lots of weddings in the city. But she is not a top planner, at least not in San Francisco. Look at her reviews. If you notice, most of them worked with Jessica. (I didn't get to work with her until the day of and she was confused because she wasn't engaged from the beginning!) Alicia has been doing this for 10 years and only has a handful of good reviews. She gives you a spreadsheet that she makes you fill out as a couple as a "getting to know you." The ironic part is, she hardly reviews it or even cares to go through it with the couple. She skips almost all the meetings to try to book future appointments and leaves you with her assistants, even though you've paid for full planning. She lets her "team" take care of everything but they don't communicate, so you find yourself having to explain things over and over again. She also doesn't take responsibility when things go wrong. Instead, she just pushes the blame to the vendors. She'll also steer you away from your design if she doesn't have the rental items in her back room. She'll tell you that things are unavailable in the Bay Area, until you do a google search yourself and tell her to help you source what you find. I could go on and on, but if you are a bride that wants to enjoy your wedding planning process and day, do yourself a favor and get a real planner who wants to make your wedding dream a reality. When I realized that Alicia K Designs was a huge disaster, I had to re-engage the wedding planner I worked with before moving to California from the East Coast to help me with my ideas and designs. After the wedding I tried to work things out with Alicia but she just ignored me because she had already been paid.

Alicia definitely knew the venue well and had a good relationship with both Kunde and our caterer (Park Avenue). This expertise definitely came in handy in working with the venue and vendors. Specifically, Alicia's team handled the lighting for the event well, even despite a completely new setup at Kunde after they renovated/landscaped their hilltop. The entire setup was perfect and the flow was great. Our guests (plus us) had such a great time and it was a wonderful event. My initial consultations with Alicia were great but there were some issues with some of the later follow-ups. She delivered the initial proposal over a month later than was promised and because of this our timing was quite condensed. I responded to everything she sent to me within 24 hours but she was continually delayed in getting back to me. I only mention this because I felt pressed towards the end to approve the proposal even with some minor errors because we had run out of time. Also, she passed off our wedding to her coordinator (Jessica) as we got closer to the event. Although in our contract it stated that Alicia herself would be our key contact leading up to and including the wedding day it was actually Jessica that became our main contact. Jessica was wonderful and very attentive but there were slight issues with timing for the day-of. Not a big deal, but I was frustrated because I was promised Alicia would be on-site including a guarantee the morning of the wedding. The wedding itself was absolutely fantastic - again Jessica did a great job and will continue to develop into an excellent coordinator. I think their team is definitely a solid team to use, I just had some minor issues with feeling passed along but nothing that wouldn't stop me from recommending this team to future brides.

We gave Amanda quite the task as we decided to have a wedding of 250 people at my in-laws private home. We had no idea what we were getting into by having a backyard wedding and I can confidently say that without Amanda the day wouldn't have been possible. From the beginning Amanda thought of every last detail, giving us vendor recommendations, amazing design ideas and much more. Knowing the extra expenses associated with any DIY/at home wedding, Amanda always kept our budget top of mind. She was incredibly considerate to our financial needs while also giving us the day we had always imagined. Even after the wedding, Amanda noted every discrepancy and misplaced piece from the rental company and asked for a refund, which they granted! This shows how much Amanda cares about her couples and how far she goes to make sure every last detail is accounted for. Amanda was always available and incredibly responsive despite her busy schedule. I always felt like a priority and she would always call and e-mail me with updates and ideas. She made the experience for my husband and I so enjoyable, as we knew we could trust her with anything. She came to the house multiple times to meet our various vendors and to ensure she was in the loop on every last detail. Amanda is incredibly professional and on our wedding day she was so calm and made me feel completely at ease. I knew that if anything was to go wrong, it would be handled. This is what you want in your wedding coordinator. Amanda provided a night for us and our families that we will never forget. Everything went so smoothly and everything looked amazing. She was so accommodating throughout the entire evening. At the end of the night she even packed a bag of our favorite wines and boxed up leftover food for us to take back to the hotel. We are incredibly grateful for all she did for us and highly recommend her for your wedding or event. Trust us, she will be the best decision you make!
