Earlier this week, I observed the driver of one of their vehicles parking on an NYC street on the street cleaning side, staying in/around the car so that they don't get ticketed, but stepping away just as the street cleaning car approached, so that they don't have to move their vehicle. This created lots of hassle for the other cars that were moving to accommodate street cleaning. To me, this attitude tells a lot. It shows how the employees of this company do their best not to get fined, without following the spirit of the regulations. If they apply the same standards to their elevator service, I wouldn't want to be in an elevator serviced by them.

They have been servicing our elevator (the 100th ever installed in New York City) for a few years now. Ever since they took over our service contract from the prior vendor, it's as if the elevator suddenly got 50 years younger. It stops (more or less) at the right spot on all the floors, and more importantly, I can't remember the last time it got stuck!
