He says he repaired knobs and settings but after the 3rd time he admits the truth when he asks me "are you sure you aren't just turning it off?" Wow! Really? I've only been using washers for 20 something years and this washer for a year! Genius suggestion, dude, considering I just love having you show up with your kid at random and NOT fix anything or TALK to me like I'm stupid and don't know how to operate a washer. Then, he calls and says...the motor is going out and overheating and suggested I replace the whole washer...hmmmm. So now my clothes have been sitting in still water almost 2 weeks and he is "getting back to me". Oh, and I returned home to him moving my detergent and laundry items to being placed on the ground so my entire washing area and parts of my back yard are dirty and will require cleaning...not to mention I will now have to replace clothes and cleaning items. I was able to find the replacement part on eBay for a reasonable price, install it myself, and now our washer works perfectly. What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. Many companies will still charge you even if they can't figure out the problem. The Appliance Guys, however, were willing to forgo payment if they couldn't diagnose the issue. That level of integrity is exactly why we chose their company, and we're glad we did.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. What really stood out to me was that he also noticed an issue with the ice maker and took the time to fix it, even though I hadn't originally expected or asked him to take care of it. He really went the extra mile, and I appreciated the effort and attention to detail. The refrigerator has been working great ever since. With a previous repair done by another technician, the fix only lasted a few months to maybe a year before the problem came back. This repair, however, has continued to hold up for several years and is still working great today. That really says a lot about the quality of Jose's work. Received a window for the next day between 9-12. Tech arrived at 12:15. He diagnosed the problems and told me he would have to get back to me with an estimate as he needed to find the exact cost of the parts and that I would have the estimate by 5:00pm that day. No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Totally useless.
