When I called to sign up as a new patient in September for a cleaning and exam they were booked out to the end of February so I made the appointment. While flossing one day I knocked a filling loose. The filling came out 2 days later. They were able to get me in for an emergency xray and visit in the next week (11/22/23). Last night (11/22/23) they were so friendly and fast! Every single dental assistant and the dentist were super friendly, caring, talkative, comforting, and welcoming. I was handled with extreme care and explained everything step by step while getting a temporary filling. I'm back 12/18/23 for my permanent filling. They said to contact them immediately if I need anything before then. I look forward to being a long standing patient in this practice. Thank you.

Very clean and friendly staff with a TV on and padded chairs. They painlessly got my info and took me right in. Very caring and calming they really listen to you. I saw several nurses, drs, lab tech, office worker, and cleaning guy while there and everyone was smiling and said things like "hope you feel better, best of luck, you're in good hands, nice nails, you doing okay in here?, I'm right outside If you need anything, how is everything?, I hope you have a nice night...." WOW they had several other patients but made everyone feel super important and priority . They even had a TV in my room with a panic button for the nurse on the remote and bed controls. Very sound proof room to room and they had sliding doors and thick curtains. They sent my steroids and allergy pills to the pharmacist and nicely gave me a shot asking if I was okay. Best er visit ever! I am so impressed. I sincerely hope you never need to go to the er but if you do this one is top notch in the middle of the night /weee hours

The phlebotomist held my arm down and did the blood draw mid panic attack while I was crying for him not to. As someone with past sexual trauma, this was quite triggering and you'd expect those dealing with patients to be more trauma informed, but I guess not. They also put me on new medication without informing me what any of the possible side effects would be or even asking me and have been known to do this to patients.

Nurses were downright rude whenever I asked them for anything, treating any request (such as toothpaste and a toothbrush, how difficult) as annoying. They refused to provide me a list of who cared for me, which is illegal, stating I would receive it when leaving (never did), and I never got any of my test results back. They have ONE person in their psych department, which is extremely lacking, and claim to be able to support cases when they cannot. No one had any knowledge of mental health, and decided that it meant that I was psychotic. I am not. I had a panic attack from testing positive from COVID. They DO NOT have COVID-19 resources. You are treated like a plague rat, you cannot leave your room, not even to go to the bathroom! They were sure happy to send me bills, though! Non-itemized bills, at that. How do I know that you're charging me for the right thing?
