Over three visits in three months, I repeatedly raised these concerns and was told it was dry eye and given drops. They refused to trial a new lens or reassess the prescription, despite my requests. I've worn glasses for longer than the dr has been practicing and I know when something isn't right. I left feeling dismissed and unheard. They said my insurance was expired until december and they didnt call in advance to inform us on that. I went all the way there just for them to say that when that whole entire situation could have been prevented by a simple call . I waited after december, and i made an appointment but the first date they lady on the phone gave me wasn't fit into my schedule. I called back change it. I came in today & the lady at the desk said my appointment was the original date and they was "no record" of me changing the appointment date. This had happened twice already & it's so irritating. One eye is distance and the other is for reading. The brain compensates. The staff was amazing and thorough. Dr. Goldberg is professional and patient. The surgeries went very well. I had no pain at all. I walked out without any patches. It's a month long on each eye with drops. So far so good. My eyesight is restored, and I am very grateful. There are many follow ups included after the surgeries. No stone is left unturned. I will probably get driving glasses for night driving only. My only issue with my new eyesight is having dry eye. I must continue to use Restasis twice a day. The dryness causes you to have blurry vision. No glasses will help this. It's part of the aging process. I am very happy with Dr. Goldberg and his staff. It was a painless procedure.

His staff was beyond thorough as far as all of the tests to give them the proper information and when I sat with Dr. Goldberg to discuss my options he took his time and explained my options to me, the positives, negatives and everything else I should know. He never hesitated or did not have an answer to any of my million questions. He knows what he's doing and is very patient. I had ICL surgery with him and in less than two weeks time I am seeing 20/20 when I was seeing 20/40 +2 with glasses/contacts before surgery. I could never thank Dr. Goldberg and his staff enough for literally giving me the gift of sight. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
