Wings were delicious as always and so were the cheese sticks. I think they changed the cinnamon topping recipe since I had it last because it straight up tasted like nutmeg or cloves? It was so odd. But, I also received a bunch of ranch and pizza sauce, When I only optioned for what was included on the website. It's not very clear when you check which dip you want because there is another option for the same kind. I ended up being charged for a lot of ranch and pizza sauce that I didn't use. I came here on a whim with a friend. They have an awesome salad bar and vegan options (vegan cheese even!) We stayed a little bit longer than normal. Robert took our order. Garrett and Matt were both helpful in packing up our leftovers. I was pleasantly surprised at their pre-pandemic, old school customer service and professionalism. Really good pepperoni pizza!! The salads here are fresh, cold and delicious. They have a lot of different ingredients to choose from. From garbanzo beans, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, cottage cheese, carrots, broccoli and many other items. So good. This place does a good lunch hour too. Seems like the go to place around here to get a good deal on lunch. For $18.59 I got a large salad, 2 slices of pizza and a drink. Not a bad deal. Ive been going to this barros pizza for ten years no problem, ordered my food, sat down at the table and then went to use the restroom, usually the bathrooms are clean, but this time it smelled like sweet, throw up, I ignored it, ate my food and then went home, went to bed and woke up with the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. Don't go here, I called and spoke to Mark. He told me that he doubts that I had food poisoning in offered nothing in return. I will never come back here. Sorry y'all lost two good costumers. After today I plan to never order another pizza from this location again. Sadly after over 20 years of ordering from this one location I am giving this a bad review because I have to. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because part of the order was fine. At 1:14 PM I ordered an XL Chicken Supreme Pizza with thin crust, 24 Traditional Wings and a Large Garden salad. I will give credit for one thing: we always order the wings plain and the salad with cheese and no croutons. The wings were delicious. As I write this we have not eaten the salad yet, but will later this evening. The salad looked okay. However, the pizza was old. It had what comes on it, but it was not a fresh pizza. The chicken and other ingredients were old. The entire pizza was cold. The pizza was one that has been sitting around awhile, maybe even the weekend since it is a Monday: I do not know. The pizza arrived around 1:50 PM. We immediately called the pizza store about this. The man who answered stated he had made the pizza himself. I wondered when was it made. He stated he would send a replacement pizza. At 2:50 PM the same driver returned with a better looking pizza; however, it was cold too! The box was not warm at all. While it was not as old as the pizza we first received and sent back with the driver, the pizza we received was not fresh. If they remade the pizza it still sat for awhile before it was delivered to us. While all the ingredients are on the pizza, the cheese has no taste to it. The crust is soggy. In my experience with this location the quality of the food, which is what finally led me to write this review. For years we were able to walk in and eat as well has order delivery and have great quality pizza. There have been a few times in the past couple of years in which orders were inaccurate and food quality has not been the best. We have tried to order a couple of different pizzas in an effort to find one that is a good quality pizza that is fresh, hot, and has plenty on it when ordered. We seldom get that when we order now. This order was $66 before the tip. If you love wings, then this place is great for that still. If you love Garden salad, they do that pretty well. If you like pizza, then this is no longer the place to order pizza. read more

Barros has some bomb pizza, I love the pepperoni mushroom personally. We also have tried the wings and those always come out great when they are made fresh. The customer service could use some work. I've been there over 20 times and there's been a handful of times where they don't treat you the kindest or seem happy at all. They definitely need to work on cleanliness as well, they have a lot of kids that work there that probably don't know how to clean very well but the walls near the benches you eat at are super gross and need a good deep clean and the bathrooms need a good scrub too. I think the parm and red chili containers look gross most of the time so I started only eating with the packets. Most of the time we just pick up now and that's why I gave it a 4 star because it's more based on the food. read more

I walked up to the counter to speak with the three younger employees standing talking, to ask where the rest of our order was. The quickly said it was coming and dispersed. Well they looked to have forgotten to make it. Since that was the case they would had been better off just saying so. So we waiting. Couple more minutes and decided to go cancel the rest. Wow! So glad I stopped in for lunch today. There is a lunch special daily until 4 pm. For only $4.96 you get a huge hot slice of pizza (I had 3 choices - cheese, pepperoni,sausage and hot wing). The salad bar is fresh and had a variety of items. They have a plethora of soft drinks from their machine along with brewed iced tea. The seating area is large and well lit with natural lighting from outdoors. At the crossroads of 51st Avenue and Bell Road there's plenty to look at out the windows. The place is very clean and the service was good at the checkout counter. I'm not sure if you clear your own table or not, because there was really not a garbage can close by the door on the way outside so it's almost like they have a special cart for someone to clear the tables for you. I would highly recommend this location not only for the convenience and the ample parking but because the food is tasty, hot, and full of good choices. read more

I have visited this location several times along with my coworkers and have always had a pleasant experience. When I came in about a week ago the sweet young lady (receipt says Addison) at the register greeted me with a smile. After putting in a large order I asked if they still do military discount and her reply was "yes." When she went to apply it the discount would not work due to the pizza and wing coupon alrdy applied. She could have easily left it at that and made me pay the final price. Instead she took it upon herself to go ask the manager (Jennifer, GM) about the discount. The manager told Addison it wouldnt work but to manually put in a certain percentage. This blew me away at how generous the manager was and for Addison to even go ask in the first place. Myself and my coworkers will continue to go to this location because of their customer service!!!! We just recently tried Barro's due to this new location that we always pass & we've been pleasantly surprised by how much we like it as we normally don't use chain restaurants for pizza. We like that they have the smaller mini style pan pizzas. They are always tasty & more than enough. Their salad bar is great...everything seems very fresh & crisp...always well stocked. The only suggestion I can make on it is the type of tongs they provide are not made for every item there so picking up some of it is awkward, but quality & freshness is excellent. The wings are great. We get the medium, which is still actually mild (according to us), but we don't like anything too hot, so it works with just the slightest heat to them. We tend to stick with our usual so can't speak for the rest of the menu. We can highly recommend the mini pepperoni pizza, veggie pizza, wings & salad bar. read more

This place always has good food. Don't be afraid to eat here. But with that being said the problem is the unorganized ordering/serving system that the staff has. This involves not getting ranch or plates because some employees give that stuff out when you order and others give it out with the food but then it gets mixed up and you don't get them at either point. Now that my brother is going to the same school, him and his friends do the same thing. But even if there wasn't that... I just really love Barro's Pizza.
