    Will never use again. I have been grooming only since May, so my tools are not heavily used…read more Because my 30 was being shared, I decided to give it a try to be sharpened. It worked perfectly fine until Dan sharpened it. The back became totally crusty and unable to move at all. I called and Dan offered to come check it out again. It did work again for a day then got stuck again. This time he insisted to check out my clippers, which were working fine with the rest of my blades. I let him know again it was only my 30 not working, the one he touched. But again he insisted to check out my clippers. To my surprise, after he takes my clippers and 30 to his car and comes back, he shows me a broken blade drive and like 'this was your problem, that's $19" ???? Like I'm not sure that was my blade drive or what he could have done in the van that could have damaged it. I let him know "it would have been nice to have been asked first if I wanted him to change it "since I had an extra blade drive and could have done it myself. He was like "oh, I can switch it back to the broken one if you want". Like no??? It's already too late?? Can't prove it isn't mine anyway. Either way my 30 again today stopped working, had to use someone else's. So I am out $26 ($19 for blade drive and $7 sharpening that now I never can use). I'm also out plus $$ of buying a new 30 blade since now it's still not working because of Dan. Never again with them.

I saw that another groomer recommended Edgemasters, so I gave them a shot. It's nerve wracking to give your favorite $300 shears (and about $1,000 of other blades and shears) to a stranger but I will never worry again. They test the tools before returning them so you don't get stuck with any duds. I recommend them to everyone!

    Walked in to get keys made, and pick up a few items for the house. Three workers were standing, and…read morelaughing with each other, at the register in the center of the store. I walked to the key counter, and stood behind a man that had been waiting for someone to help him. I asked him how long he'd been waiting, and he said it had been ~5 min since he asked for help. I walked back to the center cashier, who said there was now no one on the floor to help as everyone was on lunch break. I asked for the manager, and he said he was on a break. There were now three people waiting to get keys copied, and no staff to help. After waiting a few more minutes, I walked back to the center of the store and spoke loud enough so that the manager could hear in the back. The message? That customers needed help at the key counter. Finally, a staff person came to the counter, clearly annoyed, and said they were having problems with their staff-to-staff communication device. Unlikely. What they were having a problem with, was a clear misunderstanding of what customer service means. Talk about a failure to train employees. Never coming back, nor recommending this business to my friends or family. There are better businesses nearby, ones that actually understand the importance of customer service ... and they're just a short drive away.
