I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. Highly recommended for anyone interested in yoga whether you are a beginner or not !

Every single class is an invitation to reconnect, be present and completely lose track of time. Yes. I leave sweaty and feel an incredibly positive impact on my body and health. But, NEVER do I feel like I am doing a thing I should do... I am always finding myself on the mat. I regularly take classes with Pam, Talia and Anthony. Each class they teach feels like a gift. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven't tried the non-heated classes, but I've heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Overall, I am so grateful I found this studio because coming to class is the highlight of my day every day!!

Erin is fantastic and "spot-on" about helping you modify your poses in order to attain proper form in both mat and reformer classes. She is also motivating, inspiring and extremely accomplished in Pilates. If a pose is particularly difficult, Erin takes a moment to demonstrate the correct form. The classes are challenging and dialogue during class kept at the bare minimum (sometimes I can barely breathe, let alone talk, because of the intensity of the work)! I am sore (in a good way) later in the day and into the next day after a class. I clearly see a more defined muscle tone after attending two classes a week for a month and it just got better after several months. Erin is a professional and takes her work seriously (without being overly serious herself) and wants every attendee to get the most out of the time spent in her studio. The studio is clean (even by my germophobic standard) and neat. The original tin cut-out ceiling (which, of course, we look at the most) adds a nice touch to the physical surroundings. Sign-up and attendance items are efficiently handled and do not detract from class time. As a nice bonus, Erin will introduce attendees to each other; which can simply generate good will during the class or can result in friendships (depending on your own inclination). Everyone in the classes I attend is friendly and the intensity of the classes does not really give room for others to be checking you out and judging. I'm addicted and will return to Aligenmentz any chance I get. It is Erin's voice I hear in my head now that I have returned to Pilates in California.

This is my preferred location because the space is comfortable, with warm decor and soft lighting. The teachers are experienced and empathic and always encourage students to practice at their own pace with their own limitations. Students can take classes by the day or obtain a monthly membership. The owner is very warm, attentive to all of the details of the schedule and the studio, and cares deeply for students and for the practice as a whole. Parking is easy and located right outside the entrance. Class times range from early morning all the way through evening. I highly recommend the studio for someone looking to expand their practice or take their first yoga class.

Her knack for providing carefully crafted instructions to individual students is awe-inspiring. There is no painfully regurgitated "dialogue," and no ridiculous and extreme conditions that cater to the egotist. Don't get me wrong--the room is hot and humid, but you sweat because she makes you work hard, not because you feel faint due to a heat index of 150. Mary Ann knows all the modifications for those who have any ailments, and how to push those who master the basics. You can take a break if you are having an off day without absurd repercussions or belittling. Unfortunately, I can only make it once or twice a week now since I moved away--but the high quality instruction and proper conditions make it worth the trip. Definitely try the place, especially now with the brand new accommodations--always clean and never smelly. Easy parking eliminates yet another headache. After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

My only criticism would be to have people preregister and keep it at an amount that is comfortable for the space. Studio provided pillows-blankets- but I chose to bring my own.
