The tint job itself was acceptable, however afterwords there was a pattern of scratches on the hood…read morethat I could only make sense were from scissors or some other cutting instrument used for the film. The vehicle was a brand new BMW X5 picked up from the dealer the day prior, so am unable to pin these scratches on anything else. Upon initial contact with the owner he was confident they weren't responsible, going as far as offering to review and send me video footage from when my vehicle was in the shop, however when it came to actually sending me the footage he claimed the file was too large and was unable or unwilling to send me anything. Suspicious to say the least. No other means for me to review the footage was offered. If you're looking for a decent tint job at the expense of mysterious scratches on your car this is the place for you, otherwise I would go elsewhere.
