I'm very disappointed that I eventually had to drop them when a $500 estimated procedure turned into 3x that price! When I asked if the failed dental repair was one they did in the past couple years they gave deflective response after deflective response until In exasperation I stopped asking. Clearly the failure was their recent expensive work and they did not want to take responsability. The same happened when I asked why my bill was 3x the estimate. Could not get a straight answer. The people are nice. The office is clean and orderly. Dr. Griffin is extremely skilled, but they are dishonest. I dropped them when I could no longer live with that. I hope they fix their honesty issue because other than that they are great.
