I'm so happy he made the decision to use Dr. Gray as our family doctor, especially now that he is 66! I recommended Dr. Gray to my sister and her husband and they both quickly made appointments with her female and male nursing staff [respectively] and both were delighted with their visits. Thanks Dr. Gray! My visit was painless, the staff were professional and friendly, the office itself was comfortable and modern with a happy feel and was super clean with attention to detail such as bright colored foam pieces that almost looked like architectural features on the walls to absorb sound. She texts you a link to complete your medical history online which did take about 20+ minutes since I have a large family, hence a lot of family medical history to disclose. This paid off, as it was convenient, I didn't have to print any documents to take with me, and it was electronically signed on my phone and sent back to their office in plenty of time for my appointment. Dr. Gray herself is happy, pleasant, friendly, and a ball of positive energy! She listened intently, took notes on a small laptop she carried around with her and filled my prescriptions ASAP, which I picked up without issue at Publix. She provided hard-copy referrals for bloodwork, mammograms, etc., and get this - my appointment was on a Saturday -- what MD has Saturday appointments?!?!?!?! I think this was an anomaly, because I had a weekday appointment that was cancelled and the staff called me to reschedule on Sat., stating, "Dr. Gray got a little behind and is working Sat. to get caught up." I noted 12 Sat. patients as I signed in for my appointment. The wait was maybe 15 minutes and I think I spent 30 minutes between talking with her nurse and then Dr. Gray. She also owns a [my words] Medspa, and does procedures such as botox and also weight loss. I think it is called "Better Weighs to Better Health." I [and my sister] liked the fact that she will do your bloodwork in her office for a $10.00 fee, which is a nice feature. She is affiliated with Athens-Limestone hospital which is right across the street. My sister said that, at her recent appointment with the nurse practitioner, the office pictured, was relocating in an adjacent building and had become, or added on an urgent care feature. I don't have any details about this so don't quote me. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff for your kindness and professionalism - my family are so happy and confident we are in good hands with your office!

They are friendly and courteous when you check in all the way through check out. I have never waited very long to be seen. I changed Dr's because I was so impressed with the staff at Waddell. 2. Lesley Belue works there and recommended for me to try them. She got me an appointment the next day when I had shingles. Trust me being seen by a doctor is ASAP when you have shingles. Lesley was and is always great help. 3. Jackie Collie ALWAYS takes time to listen to me to see what is going on. She goes that extra mile to talk to her patients and find out what is wrong and the best way to treat it. She treats everyone as an individual and everyone is important to her. Appointments are easy to get in a timely fashion and they always ask how serious, which results in getting seen immediately if necessary. Doctors are top notch, caring and through. I have been referred to five specialists over the years and without exception have been told that the Waddell doctors had it right, confirming their diagnosis and recommendations. Gives me great confidence. Thank god we have this facility: filled with outstanding, knowledgeable professionals who care.

I believe Dr. Wright's conduct in my case reflects serious deficiencies in medical practice. When I raised concerns about these issues, she dismissed me from her care while I was actively ill, rather than addressing my questions or providing continued treatment. In addition, she appeared to have little recollection of prior discussions and failed to recognize that the medication she prescribed may have caused the side effects we were evaluating. These actions demonstrate poor clinical judgment, lack of continuity of care, and disregard for appropriate patient management.

So I literally went to a primary care physician here who referred me to another primary care…read morephysician, neither of which were able to treat or write a prescription for the medical condition that I have! So not only did I take off of work to separate times after discussing my medical needs with this community of people who are supposed to take care of the people when they are in a vulnerable state, I was charged both times! When I explained that they were not able to treat my condition, neither of them agreed to give back my co-pay! If I, a professional, cannot access medical care imagine how much harder it is for people who are struggling to make ends meet, with little to no support systems. Like IDK what a crappy world Dr. Wright lives in where she can charge people for literally doing nothing? Within 2 to 3 minutes later Miss Pearson walked in the room, handed me several pieces of handout paperwork she pulled back the door wide open, so that it could stick to the suction cup on the wall, which means it stays open and always all she said to me, there you go! I'm sitting there looking crazy had no idea what the hell she was talking about. I got up and walked to the receptionist looking very I told the young lady I don't know what to do, but this and most strangest care that I've ever had in a facility. Janice Pearson does not seem to like people of color and I can tell she didn't want to be near me because she never me at all not even with a pair of gloves on and that is sad. It is also sad that these young ladies medical assistance that work here they work very hard they all are super sweet, including the office manager the clinic manager, Cornelia White. They're all very sweet and kind. It is sad. They didn't have to work with someone who seems to have a heart of hate towards a certain class of people as if they don't matter. If Janice Pearson is here the next time I should have to come back for my follow up then I will turn around and walk right back out the door because I refused to be in company of someone evil or unfriendly or unkind and don't seem to take interest in treating me as I'm a human rather than treat me like I'm an animal. I feel bad for the friendly staff that they have to work with someone to this nature and I pray that at some point, God will remove the negative energy not welcome this type of time place in healthcare organizations. This is my personal experience and it doesn't happen to me anything to anyone else out there but as a healthcare professional of 20 for nearly 10 years, A wonderful mother and wife, I refuse to accept anything less than friendly kindness, respect, and gratitude to those who gives it back.
