I was having lower and middle back pain only when I moved a certain way so my husband suggested I…read moretry Bailey Chiropractic Clinic since his doctor referred him there and he liked it. I was unsure about what to expect. But Dr Lanier is so personable, thorough, and easy to talk to. He did x-rays of my back where I was having the pain. He immediately went over those with me (not come back in a few weeks like other doctors). Turns out my pelvis was off a little bit and there were some issues with my spine. Dr Lanier knew it was my first time to see a chiropractor so he talked me through the process of my first treatment as he was working on my back so I would know what to expect. It was incredibly helpful to know ahead of time what part of my back he would be working on next. He made me feel comfortable by chatting with me while adjusting my back. The office staff are very welcoming and efficient. They greet everyone in a way that I felt very welcomed. Once you are an established patient (go one time) you can go in anytime during the doctor's hours and get an adjustment without an appointment. I honestly was a bit skeptical about that and thought it would take a long time and that there would be a lobby full of people who popped in, but I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes. So thankful for Dr. Lanier and the office staff. I actually look forward to going to see the doctor!

I had tried everything after pulling my back Way out, had 2 hospital visits where they just gave me a needle and pain was back in 20 minutes, 3 Dr visits who gave me strong pain killers that not only didn't work but I didn't want to get addicted to. I had only slept a few hours sitting in a chair.. in a week! I was feeling like if I didn't get real help I'd be having a heart attack from the lack of sleep and stress from pain. Dr. Kerby gets all the stars unfortunately my neck is still so sore from an incompetent adjustment…read morethe day before that I can't give this facility more than a one star review. It's a shame that Dr. Kerby can't be there very often. He said he's only there about twice a month, but I was grateful that he was able not only to adjust me but give me one of the best adjustments of my life. I can't say the same for the other female doctor, Dr. Hannah Dewey After a lot of recent travel, I was definitely feeling like I needed to be adjusted. Even though my primary doctors at The Joint are in San Jose, California and Sacramento. I often see chiropractors from The Joint and Austin Fort Worth, Sparks, Nevada, and many other places I travel. When we arrived at this particular location, there was another Doctor working on a man in front of my husband and I and I was very pleased with the work he was doing. Unfortunately, Dr. Hanna came from the back and requested me over to her table. I have pretty noisy joint, and you can audibly hear my adjustments. Typically, she was only able to adjust one thing in my neck and then injured my neck with a towel maneuver that I do not believe she was qualified to do. She was not able to get either SI joint or any of the joints in my back he had problems managing her weight. Secondarily she could see that I was really unhappy and ask a colleague to try to fix the work that she had done. She was able to relieve some of the pressure in one hip. I left the clinic and immediately had to pick up ice packs at CVS along with some NSAIDs from the swelling in my neck. My husband said we should check back tomorrow because maybe I could see the doctor he saw the next morning. We saw that Dr. Kerby and another doctor were working according to the app we went in, and I explained to Dr. Kerby, what had happened he was apologetic and was able to get every single adjustment that most of the chiropractors are able to do without much Issue. There is no way I would ever go and see Dr. Hannah again I'm not quite sure what her training is, but my neck is still so sore and it's been since last Friday
