My kids love the ninja course and the dodgeball area-- don't worry, the balls are soft! There's some areas where you can just jump and even 3 basketball hoops to try to dunk. Theres a little food area that has some basic snacks and drinks.

A group of 10-12 girls and boys appearing to range in age from 10-14 are cussing and hitting each other. It is clear this behavior is acceptable and allowed as nothing has been addressed. They are speaking loud enough for me to hear across the room. The staff look bored, with one ignoring the obstacle course zone while talking to staff in the next one. The unattended zone, with the climbing and obstacles, has zero staff looking at it or within it (she has her back to it talking to staff in the dodgeball area). Kids in the obstacle course area are hitting and pushing each other, knocking down a child as they run throughout the zone. Staff, for the most part, are attentive or at least looking in the direction of the zone they are within. Our daughter is enjoying herself and that definitely counts. We traveled the distance for her to enjoy the glow hour experience. She greatly enjoyed the glow experience in Tahoe and the safety of the kids were the only focus of the staff. The play structures and zones were well maintained and clearly seen soap of recent. This location and experience is definitely not that. It is unlikely she will return with me, this space does not allow me to feel comfortable.

There's so many things to do: slides, swings, ropes, crawling areas, digital games, they don't get bored. My kids have been here with friends many times, but this is my first time tagging along. There is even drinks and snacks for purchase, although choices are a bit limited. Service was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They replaced the ninja course with a "volcano" climber & slide. The kids love it because you go down super fast on the slide. My main concern is where the slide ends. Adults & kids walk in front of this slide & when the kid goes down the slide, they might run into each other. There were a couple of close calls & me and some other parents had nervous looks on our faces. Jumpity bumpity also has a new toddler area for ages 3 and below. It's now located where the old claw machines and games were. The staff do their best to keep this place clean and safe. I've seen workers vacuum from time to time & another worker walking around making sure the plastic balls stay in the ball area. They also make sure that there are no children over the age of 3 are playing at the toddler area.

Unfortunately, over time, she lost interest and no longer wanted to go because she didn't feel supported by her new coach, Kyile. She felt that the coach Kyile had something against her and didn't truly care about the girls. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch her excitement and passion fade. I hope she finds a gym where the coaches encourage, support, and believe in their athletes so she can fall in love with gymnastics again and regain the confidence she once had.

They are more expensive, don't prorate if they need to cancel, for holidays, etc., and don't give more than one make up time per month (which sucks because everyone knows kids get sick, all the time!). PE automatically prorated tuition and gave makeup tokens ANYTIME a kid was absent. The other thing I noticed is the office staff and coaches still don't know my kid by name, or they don't use her name at least. Every time we walked into PE, we got a "HI ***!" And it just made it more personal. After every session at PE, the coaches gave us a quick overview and some feedback, which was so helpful! We've been here for a little over a year now and the only thing the coaches ever said to us was that our daughter was ready to move up a level. We also noticed that the coaches are pretty young and spend a lot of time talking to each other during sessions instead of giving 1:1 attention to the kids in the class. Overall, our experience has been so-so. We have debated pulling our daughter out and going back to PE, but we want to avoid the drive. It seems like the only kids who get a warm welcome are the ones in competitive groups here and every one else is just in-and-out and treated liked customers.

They did have some plates in the corner you could break but again, breaking glass had THE BEST level of satisfaction. I dont know how much it is per person as the company paid for this, but I noted that they had a few specials posted. I beleive pricing can be found on the website. Its much, much smaller than I thought it would be. I highly suggest wearing long sleeve shirts and jeans. The ricochet of breaking items can do you some damage. I was cut twice on my arm but they have alcohol and bandage. They provide helmets, gloves and safety googles. Wear your hair down so the helmet will fit. You will sign a waiver relasing liability so be safe!

The place happened to be closed when we first got there, but he was kind enough to come back and open it for us, which we truly appreciated. He explained everything carefully, made sure we felt comfortable, and kept the whole vibe positive. Our 30-minute session was so much fun. Smashing everything was honestly therapeutic and the perfect way to let off some steam. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a fun release, a unique activity, or just something different to do with friends. Great experience and great service!
