I pulled into your online order parking spot and began to change my tire due to your lack of keeping your parking lot clean and free of nails. Multiple employees from your store walked past me and didn't say hi or acknowledge me as I changed my tire that was flat due to incompetence on your part. After I changed the tire and walked into the store, I approached a young lady with tattoos on her arm, last time I interacted with her she was pleasant and we talked about our dogs and she told me she was going to move to Washington or somewhere out of state soon. Today, she was not nearly as nice. I was the only customer, no one else was in line. I told her that I had an online order I needed to pick up. She checked the online order locker box and saw my name and what I ordered. Even though I was the only customer in line, and the first customer to approach her to assist me with my order, she told me that I had to wait because apparently I wasn't important enough. I asked her if I could just pick up order since it was so simple (10 bags of whole corn for my animals) she said no, I couldn't, and that I had to wait now becuase even though I was the first person in line, 3 more people walked up and she decided that even though I was the first in line, now I was not and I was the back of line. She was extremely rude and told me that I would just have to wait and she didn't know how long becuase "we are short staffed and I'm not sure when we can get to you" even though she saw me changing my flat tire, I was the first person to approach her and was in line, and she didn't acknowledge that fact and simply help me get my 10 bags of corn from the back area. She then ignored me and had a snicker on her face, which made me angry. So I went to the back, saw my order on a cart and began to roll it out to my car because at this point I had already wasted 45 minutes changing my tire right in front of your store due to your employee's negligence, lack of cleanliness and rudeness. As I walked up to the front door with the cart and my order, she begins screaming at me and telling me I can't take my order. I ignored her and rolled the cart out to my car because at this point, I know she doesn't have any respect for me since I was first in line and she all of the sudden decided that I was now going to the back of the line, so why should I have any respect for her power-tripping rudeness? Then she starts screaming at an employee to stop me, a male with a hat in his late 40's and 50's. He looks at me and asks me what the problem is and I told him I grabbed my order because I am in a hurry and already had to waste 45 minutes changing my tire because you all can't keep your parking lot clean and free of nails. He then starts yelling at me and telling me that I shouldn't shop at this store, all because you all don't value my time. I just ignored him and loaded my car up because I have kids at home I need to take care of, a dog, and livestock. I don't have time to be berated by your employees because they don't think my time is valuable. This was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, not only at your store, but in my entire life. To have your employee's lack of work ethic, laziness, disregard for who was in line first, screaming and yelling at me because I am trying to pick up an order I already paid for that they didn't have up front where it should of been, and then told that I should never come back and shop there is completely unacceptable. I will no longer shop at your store, I will make sure my friends and family no longer shop at your store, and I scream far and wide that everyone I know should not spend there money at tractor supply, but rather spend a little extra to support local and shop at Rainbow Ag.
