I've had private dance lessons elsewhere in the past, and I have to say Lauren is by far my favorite instructor. She also worked with each of us individually to perfect each move before we put them all together into a fluid, sexy routine. Not to mention it was a helluva workout! My deltoids were sore for three days! Thank you Lauren and your two lovely assistants!

First time visit today 06/22/16. I took the 6am Vinyasa Fusion class. Studio is cozy, clean and…read morecomfortable. My foundation is in Bikram yoga, but I chose this studio and class because I love a heated class and the early morning time frame worked for me. I drove over from Breckenridge, which took about 25 minutes, including a wrong turn along the way. Because the class was shorter and of less intensity than I am accustomed, I worked in a few Bikram postures at the end of class. At about 7:05, the instructor let me know that she needed to leave to teach a class at another studio. I asked if I had time to shower and she said that it depended on how long it would take. I was drenched in sweat, so I took a quick shower and was out of the studio by 7:15. I was still sweating, rushing as fast as I could and feeling stressed. The teacher let me know that she was a substitute and normally there would likely be additional timing flexibility. I must say that It was disconcerting to get up at 5am, drive a substantial distance and be so rushed on my first visit. I prefer a nice yoga buzz when I leave. For the past year, I have been taking classes at this studio, and I love it. Teachers are great, owner is awesome. Any negative in my first visit has long been washed away. Highly recommended.
