Good place to stay if you want to explore Dingle. The rooms are a bit small but nice. You can hear a lot through the walls so it can get noisy, but if that is no bother to you (and it wasn't to me), it's a fine place to lay your head while in Dingle. read more

Barr na Sraide is a charming hotel located right on the Main Street in Dingle. The furnishings and decorations are modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, a roomy shower and on site parking in a private back car park were all great features. They do a wonderful breakfast in the morning and the staff in both the inn and bar are friendly, helpful, and can provide great local recommendations. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! read more

This inn is lovely. The owners and staff are friendly and funny. We stayed with our family of 5 . Our 3 young adult daughters and my husband and I all fit perfectly in the family suite. There was plenty of room for us. It was clean and comfortable. Dingle is so beautiful! We will be back and will recommend to family and friends to stay here. read more

Loved our stay at Barr Na Sraide! Our rooms were all immaculate, and the beds comfortable. Despite an unusual layout-- typical of a retrofit to an older building-- the bathroom I had was spotless, spacious, and well ventilated. We requested the ground floor, as we traveled with an older family member with knee problems. I was a little concerned that the ground floor rooms might be loud because of the pub on premises, but tucked into the back of the building, they were not. Breakfast was quite good. The location is perfect for getting on the Slea Head drive. It was also good for an easy and fun walk around the town for most of our party. Our traveler with the knee problems had no problems walking the downhill streets to the harbor, and the pub & cafe staffs were great about calling a cab for him when he needed the short lift back. Overall, Barr Na Sraide is well situated. The Inn has been in the same family for generations, and it shows in a good way-- they're friendly & know what their guests want! The staff was helpful & alert. Parking is behind the building. We were traveling during a particularly busy time of year, and the parking was a little bit tight, but not too bad, even for American drivers used to oversized roads. DIngle is a beautiful town, and draws a lot of visitors in the summer. Staying a few streets away from the harbour proper is a little less noisy & hectic than being right on the water, and I'm glad we did. read more

Excellent B&B very modern. Very very fast free Wi-Fi connection. Lots of outlets to plug your electronic devices into. Be sure to bring a enough adapters if you're coming from the US. Location uses electronic key cards to enter your room as well as the rear door from the car park. If you need to wash clothes there is a washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor (3d floor for Americans). €4 to wash and €1 for each cycle to dry. Soap is free. Substantial breakfast menu available full Irish breakfast or a continental breakfast or something in between. There is a hair dryer in room. read more

This place was absolutely lovely! You can tell they recently remodeled and modernized a lot of the hotel, so everything is new and clean. The owners of the hotel (Patricia and her husband) are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They helped make recommendations for driving around the peninsula, dinner places, and how to get to the cliffs of moher. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. Plenty of light and outlets in the room. It was also very quiet so we were able to sleep well. In the morning, we had a great breakfast in their lovely dining room. I wish we could have stayed for longer! Also, the location is great because you can walk to all of dingle's little shops right around the corner. Highly recommend! read more

We wanted to like this place because the bartender who greeted us was friendly and accommodating, but we honestly would not stay here again. Maybe it was just our room, but the bed and pillows were extremely hard. They tried to make some cosmetic upgrades which is great, but this is not the place to go if you want to get a good nights sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear everything happening especially if you get a room near the front which is close to the bar and kitchen. The breakfast is not included in the price and it was subpar compared to other places we ate at. Parking is available but LIMITED. Beware you are not guaranteed parking. The only positive thing about this B&B is the location. The location is great! You can walk to pubs and stores from there. read more

They were very nice so I hate to list anything negative, but really it does feel like more of a hostel. Also, no elevator and Tiny steep staircases. We had a triple room, which was great as it was huge. But the place just didn't feel "clean", I think It was due to the age. Also, no ice machine, I had to go to the bar to get any. read more

Great location, reasonable prices, a bar/restaurant downstairs, basic rooms, and free parking, Barr Na Sraide Inn is one of the better B&B options. I may be wrong, but this Barr Na Sraide Inn seems to be a bit of a hidden gem in Dingle, as it's not in any of the guide books I've read and has a solid four stars on Trip Advisor. In terms of location, it's nearly perfect - you're ten minutes from the waterfront, fifteen minutes from Dingle Brewing Company, and thirty seconds from bars/restaurants. As an added bonus, there's parking in the back, with spaces for about ten cars. There's a full bar/restaurant downstairs and an optional breakfast that's not included in your reservation price (typically, depending on where you book). The rooms are very modest and a little outdated, but very comfortable nevertheless. It features a private updated bathroom and a good amount of closet space as well. Try to get a room in the back to minimize the noise. Overall, it has more of a hotel feel than a B&B, but for the price, location, and free parking, I would recommend Barr Na Sraide to anyone. Note on parking - contact them beforehand, and the lot is easy to miss as you need to drive down a narrow alley to reach the back (the entrance is to the right of the main doors through the black gates). read more

Amazing place to stay in dingle. Very friendly staff, updated clean rooms with great restrooms and showers. WiFi has a strong signal throughout the facility and is very fast. There is a cozy bar downstairs for pre-dinner drinks. The breakfast, included in the cost of your stay, was fantastic. It would be my first choice to stay next time I'm in dingle. read more

Friendly staff and clean accommodations in a cute/quirky Irish coastal town. Shower was hot, bed was comfy, price was right -- that's usually all I ask for as a traveler. Location is really good on Upper Main Street in Dingle. When we first got into town, we weren't sure where we were going (didn't have a map of town, & my 3G service wasn't working in Dingle), so we called the B&B for directions ... He kept saying "go up the hill"& I asked if they had an actual address. No address! -- the town is so small that their only address is Upper Main Street. Once we found the hill, it was easy to find & the inn has it's own parking lot. From the inn it's very easy to walk to everything in Dingle including great bars & restaurants. read more

We called this B&B at the last minute and the lady who answered the phone was so nice, she even walked outside with her phone for us to spot her, after having gone too far past the building. The room we had was on the top floor, with a bit of a water view. The room was clean and very large. They bathroom was the largest we have had in Europe and clean. The bed very nice with a nice quality comforter. Pretty much everyone we bumped into in the hallways were as nice as they could be. They breakfast area was large and bright. They cook a nice hot Irish breakfast, but there is buffet of fruit, cereal, bread, cheese and jam. The property is in a great location, just a 5 min walk to pretty much everything. Would love to stay there again. read more
