They let her play all day, let me repeat that...ALL...DAY! The Ladies who check the dogs in are kind, informative and you can tell love all the animals. Molly gets so excited when we pull into the dirt parking lot because she knows she isn't going to be alone all day and she gets to play with a lot of dogs. Also this time I had them trim her toenails (I am done doing it and hurting my puppy) so nice to have all kinds of services available and at reasonable prices. Please, take your dog there even it it's once a week this place is big, clean and just a great place for our fur babies to go.

Staff checked cameras and saw the moment it happened; Her toe caught in the small gap between two concrete slabs on the ground a few days prior to me picking her up. Which means...she had a broken toe for a few days and it went unnoticed. They offered me 20% off our next visit. We board with our trainer now at Peak K-9 .

She's always ready for him, has a fresh crate in the appropriate size all set up. She's great at communicating for appointments and when our dog is all set. And best of all, he looks GREAT when we get him back. He's never been cut. Now I don't even need to tell her what we like, she just remembers and shapes up everything nicely. One time, his nails weren't as short as I like. I brought him back and she was super kind about cutting them a bit shorter. She is also reasonable for the size of dog we have. (I will mention, this is in a converted house across from TMHS that also does doggie daycare and boarding. You walk in and you can hear all these dogs start barking and the place doesn't smell super great. You will pause and think... is this ok?!? TRUST.) When we picked her up, that was not the case. she was lethargic when we picked her up but we thought maybe she was just tired and was decompressing from the stay, but she did have a little bit of weez to her breathing. The following day she had a full on cough (still does) and a confirmed case of kennel cough. I called the kennel and spoke to someone named Kelsey and told her what was going on and she said that the owners were out of town but they would call me the following day. I had to call back three times to finally get a callback from the owners. The only concern from the owner was that I did not leave a bad review for them because I would be putting his business and his employee's jobs in jeopardy. He did not offer to compensate her stay, he did not offer to help with the vet bill, and was not even apologetic about our dog being so sick. They had to have known she was sick and when I spoke to Kelsey, she said that she could not confirm or deny if any other dog had came down with kennel cough during the same time that she was staying there so they aren't even telling other pet parents that kennel cough is going around at their kennel!!!!. To top it off, not only did they not tell us she was showing signs of kennel cough, we brought her home where she was reunited with her 13-year-old "sister" If we would've known she was sick we could have kept them separate and prevented the spread of kennel cough in our own home. After this experience, I did some digging and not too long ago they lost a dog, and it has never been found! Please think twice before you use this facility! NEVER AGAIN!

While we were out in Fort Collins, we figured to grab new things for the hellhounds at The Mausoleum. This place had some good rolled cheeks for a reasonable price, and it is their favorite.
