So when you are done and you have that bread leftover in your plate...you need to soak it up and then get to the bottom so that bread is not only soaked with the butter, wine and garlic, but there is some cheese on top as well. Pure liquid heaven. My husband ordered the branzini which is a nice white fish, comes out with the head and tail on....nothing I like to see, however, they did the whole fillet thing right there and it was very good.
