The place still has good workers on the retail store side and the homegrown chicken joint is still the original one for now, and their product is always selling out the door at this still-well-used fuel-n-food location. Having said that - the store had clean but small restrooms, the attached restaurant was packed at lunch time, so I assume it is good, and an ecletic collection of stuff to buy, including a broad selection of Missouri wines and Route 66 souvenirs. Note: Stuckeys has purchased some candy making capacity and is actually making it's own products as opposed to outsourcing the production which it had for several decades.

Went inside to use the restroom and for as busy and the size they were pretty clean. Loved the amount of freshly made hot food and the menu up on the screens. The different kinds of fountain drinks were limitless called soda mixology and they even had a machine to put whipped cream on a drink. Great place to stop with all employees being very friendly and nice.
