They showed up when they said they would, which does not happen very often in Kanab. Took them two days to do the work, and it was completed like I wanted it installed. No BS, just did it like I wanted it. Great job, fast, easy, and would do it again with them if I need to. The best part was that the cost was less than half the price I was quoted from another company in town.

So here we go again.....a SECOND review for a REALLY CRAPPY company. Oh, I know, they sold and an…read moreArmy Vet is now at the helm....and they were smart enough to completely change up the LLC so they are not responsible for any of the CRAP work they have done. We spent another $3000+ yesterday on the same AC unit in the last review....another, reputable company found that Desert Air had used COPPER TUBING in the fuses they had to come back and reinstall....remember they had them in backwards??? Well, they were too cheap to get a $2.59 fuse and replace it. They felt completely OK with allowing something illegal and dangerous to be installed. The mobile home could have burned down because of this lack of care and non professional service. AND we also learned that our unit was poorly welded, and that the entire unit has been known to fail because they cheaped out on that too. The company that came out says they see this ALL THE TIME from Desert Air. Seems to me that if you were in fact a REPUTABLE company and a man of honor like your "Army Vet/Helicopter status" is trying to indicate, you would STAND BEHIND your work, good or bad, and DO WHAT IS RIGHT! Nope....you choose to be shady and irresponsible and none of your victims have any recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....IF YOU HAVE UNITS THEY INSTALLED, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, GET THEM CHECKED BY A REAL HVAC COMPANY!!!!! Cause if you don't, and something happens, this place will not be responsible. ZERO STARS FOR YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about Outwest Air!…read more My air conditioning went out during a very hot stretch, and the temperature in my home reached 88 degrees. I was extremely worried about my pets--my dog and two parakeets--and needed help quickly. I was referred to Outwest Air through my church, and they responded promptly. The technician arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was honest about what needed to be repaired. What impressed me most was that he fixed the problem without trying to sell me unnecessary services or expensive replacements. The repair was completed for far less than I expected. If you're looking for an HVAC company that is reliable, fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Outwest Air. Thank you for your outstanding service!
