We spent another $3000+ yesterday on the same AC unit in the last review....another, reputable company found that Desert Air had used COPPER TUBING in the fuses they had to come back and reinstall....remember they had them in backwards??? Well, they were too cheap to get a $2.59 fuse and replace it. They felt completely OK with allowing something illegal and dangerous to be installed. The mobile home could have burned down because of this lack of care and non professional service. AND we also learned that our unit was poorly welded, and that the entire unit has been known to fail because they cheaped out on that too. The company that came out says they see this ALL THE TIME from Desert Air. Seems to me that if you were in fact a REPUTABLE company and a man of honor like your "Army Vet/Helicopter status" is trying to indicate, you would STAND BEHIND your work, good or bad, and DO WHAT IS RIGHT! Nope....you choose to be shady and irresponsible and none of your victims have any recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....IF YOU HAVE UNITS THEY INSTALLED, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, GET THEM CHECKED BY A REAL HVAC COMPANY!!!!!
