I also would like to give a heads up to everyone that the owner of the company will more thank likely report your review to get it removed, As he has reported my last updated review. He had texted me asking to remove my review and come to find out I get an email that it has been removed. I know I had referenced another company that helped us get our backyard done, which was probably a mistake on my end. However, He did get my husbands review removed and reported that the review was the owner. Which is complete BS when we are here to leave honest reviews. I am not here to lie nor am I here to ruin his company. He brought it to himself for being unreliable, dishonest, rude, can not get the job done unless you call him and text him nonstop. When we first started our project we were so happy to hear that our backyard would cost the amount he quoted us. We soon learned that it would have been better to pay someone triple the amount of money than to have to deal with what Nate had put us through. Long story short we started our project in July/August. We paid him to get our pavers moving in August. Four months passed by and nothing had been started. It was already December and my husband was already at his breaking point after always reaching out to Nate and we could never get a honest answer from him. It was constant excuse after excuse. He could never give a date of when he would be showing up or when he will be doing anything. It got to the point where we wanted to just file a lawsuit against him for what I felt like he took our money and never showed. It was until my husband put pressure on him. He finally got someone to show up and level out the dirt, but then I wasn't surprised that he went ghost again. It got to the point where I got involved and I'm exchanging texts back and forth fighting with him. I shouldn't have to be so angry to the point where I am shaking and demanding that he finishes what we paid him for. I got fed up to the point where I asked for a refund. During that call he went silent and didn't have anything to say but "so you don't want me to order the pavers?" I couldn't have been more annoyed enough. Between those 4 months he had an excuse that his vendor was having trouble getting the pavers we wanted. My only question was why did it even take so long when I could go down the street and order some and they would be here in 5 business days. I simply said " no I would like a refund and we are going to go forward with a lawsuit" what do you know ? He hangs up the phone. (not surprised as he is extremely difficult to get hold of, let alone show up) 30 mins later I'm now fighting with him for a refund through text. He finally commits to getting the pavers done. As I did not trust him I had to investigate and call the company he said he placed the order from to confirm that he was being honest. (that alone should tell you how much dishonesty there is) I give him a deadline of Dec 6 and what do you know the pavers aren't done till mid December. As we are finishing the project he now starts to become bothered with how much I am in communication with him. What makes this a whole joke is him acting like we were a bother when he was paid to do a job. The moment he finished the pavers I was so happy to have him out of our hair and not continue the rest of our project. He defiantly made our life stressful during the time period. If I can give advice to anyone is avoid this company at all cost. It is 100% worth paying double with another company who is reliable, honest, has effective communication and will put their customers first.
