I contacted him after a couple of tries and he claimed a family emergency. Okay, things happen. Oh, he was to bring my contract to sign on the Monday after I give the deposit. No Show! Wait and wait, still no contact. I attempted several more times, no response. Now I'm getting frustrated and worried about our job and deposit. I've given Ryan Duncan plenty of opportunity to contact me. I'm talking early May til mid June. Now I do a google search of Ryan Duncan St. George and you should too! Now I'm confident I've been scammed. Luckily I paid deposit with my credit card. So I file a dispute with VISA. Only then does he contact me with more excuses. Anyway more failing to show claims he can't refund my card, etc... Now July he said says money back on "cc" Nope! This photo is of the finished repair. This was a small repair but because it was custom décor in our shower we needed someone to do the repair who could replicate the pattern before the stones had come loose. Terry from A Jackson Masonry did a perfect job. He was so meticulous and conscientious in making sure the repair was done in the very best manner possible. He did the work in about 5 hours over 2 days. After completing the work on day 1 he came back on day 2 to touch up the joint work and make the job look perfect. On day 2 he was even going to remove the original joint material he used and replace it with a different material because he was concerned that it wasn't as good a material as he thought it should be. We ended up deciding on the original material rather than have him redo that part of the job. That is the level of integrity that Terry has in making sure his work is the best it can possibly be.
